“I called earlier this afternoon to see if anyone was able to put my front license plate and covers on. I bought the front bracket and brought everything for them to mount the plates. Came out beautiful and there was no wait! Will be back for more modifications. Customer service was great from beginning to end! 10/10”

“Trunk door wasn't closing and the guy explained to me in simple words everything and did the job for 1/5th the price of other body shops. He did the job in 10 minutes while the body shop next door tried to charge me $250 plus 4 hours of time. Hats off.”
“I am in absolute shock and awe right now! I came into JDS this morning fully expecting to pay to fix my daughters front bumper. It somehow became detached on one side and I didn't want it falling off while she was driving.
When I stopped in the woman at the desk was very kind and offered me a beverage while I waited to receive my estimate. Dustin came out shortly after and I showed it to him. Dustin literally sat down on the ground and with his bare hands reattached my front bumper and didn't charge me anything. I asked if I could tip him and he also refused that. I was not expecting to leave here with my issue resolved and my money in my pocket.
Dustin you are such a sweetheart! If my daughter and I ever need any more work done, I know where we'll be going. I will also be recommending you all to anybody who needs work.
If you're looking for great service and smiles early in the morning, this is the place!

“It was truly an enlightening and enjoyable experience yesterday meeting Advisor John Giles and Sales Guy Antonio Morton @ David McDavid of Irving Tx!!! John got me in, with a great coupon for a B1 service on my Honda! His mannerisms were refreshing!! Very professional young guy! From start 2 finish! I asked to see a sales guy in hopes they would buy back my Honda Accord!! John sent me to the right guy Antonio!!
Antonio Morton was professional and friendly! He made us feel like family! That’s very rare in the world we live in now!!!! Customer Service is usually a forgotten skill! Antonio was warm, friendly and humorous! He worked it out with his people to offer me a great deal for buying or trading my Honda!!! I’m going back on Monday! He spoke words of encouragement and hope!! Great guy, very helpful! Did I mention he’s humorous?? “I have nothing but good things to say: Mr. Ted was very nice, the work was perfect, and it was all so punctual and straightforward. I went to 6 different highly-rated body shops all over DFW (Garland, Irving, Dallas, etc) and I’ve been quoted anywhere from $1.2k-3.2k for what I personally think is not a huge fix - I only wanted to get it fixed since it was an eyesore (my front chrome molding chipped and my emblem caved in from hitting something at <5 mph). Other body shops have told me I needed to get the whole sensor system replaced (which is why they quoted me over a grand for it) when I told them all the sensors work since I’ve tested it on the road. Mr. Ted told me that he can save the emblem and just replace the bracket which he did and it looks PERFECT! He did it for half of the lowest quote I got from the other body shop! I’ll always come here if I need to get something fixed (which I hope won’t be for a long time). Thank you so much!!!”

“If you need anything done to your car, I most definitely recommend this place. I needed a minor cosmetic part fixed on my car, and while other shops wanted to charge over $200 for it to be fixed and I already bought the correct part. Autotech used the provided parts, and they put it on. They now have a customer for life. I only wish I found them earlier when a friend's mustang needed body repair. They do body work and auto repair for foreign and domestic vehicles. My repair was minor, but they got me in and out . They were very communicative not just with me but when interacting with other customers. They were very courteous. If you need work done on your car, please come see them. From my experience, they can take care of you.”
