Recently got internet service, two wireless transfers and two new wireless phones. Lando helped me out and he was awesome. The whole staff was awesome. Lando helped me thru every step and even gave me his # and answered some of my test questions off hours. Lando did a great job of finding and helping me with all discounts possible. I ended up saving a lot of $ and got better service and devices and plans than with my previous provider.
I can’t say enough good things. Ask for Lando but all the staff he a great. Sending all my friends and contacts to this store for exceptional service.

They approached me less than 5 minutes and came to assist me. I was assisted for the problems for not receiving messages and for a trade in. Recommend this AT&T location.

I am giving one star to Milton, a worthless rep at this store that is lacking lots of knowledge in customer service.
I've been trying to get a cell phone trade in to ATT. It's been 2 weeks, and the folks at customer service can't seem to get it right. CS referred me to the store to get this situated. A young gentleman went above and beyond to assist me, I just didnt get his name. He said, if you can print the label, I'll help you out. Att customer service couldn't get it right, so I left. After 2hrs I got customer service to send me the label for the return. I walked back in and Milton asked, what can I help you with. Mind you, he heard and saw everything I was going through with customer service earlier. Yet, he pretended I was a stranger. I told him, I've got the label and I need to email it to you because customer service told me you could ship it back to them. First thing out of his mouth was, I don't know anything about what was said this morning and we don't ship anything out. I asked him, why was the other gentleman wanting me to email him the label? Again, his lazy behind, didn't want to help. Juan, a more mature gentleman, intervened and said, Sir, I'll help you. Juan went and got a box, printed my label and gave me specific information on how to get this returned to ATT. Juan, you Sir, are a perfect example of what customer service should be like, and THANK YOU.
Milton, you need a lot to learn!!! I would not purchase anything from you.
ATT Management- train Milton like employees how to treat your customer or you will lose!!!!

Don't even go to this store, They will tell you something and make you sign up. But after couple of months you will realize that the promise is fake. when you go back they will cook up with some other stories and tell that you should read the fine prints.

Unclear or no instructions online for a new prepaid activation, customer care representative do not have any answers not even the store representative or his manager knows anything about it. They just gave me a new connection with extra charge. Poor service.

Terry was phenomenal guys!! I was given the option to set up my new phone and watch at home. My SIM card ended up not working after an hour for the backup to complete, so I had to drive back up to the store. After 30 mins of multiple reps trying to resolve the "No SIM No Service" issue, the manager, Medhi was able to assist by installing the ESim card on my new phone. The whole process took a total of 5 hours out of my Saturday, but Terry and Medhi were more than helpful and patient with my frustration. We'll never do the setup at home again though. I'll just make sure to eat good and bring a beverage into the store so I can prepare for a 2-3 hour process vs driving home and risking to drive back to the store for an issue with the set-up. But ask for Terry for your next new phone!

Worst service ever. I told them multiple times to take off my insurance but they never did even after they confirmed it. Every month they charge more and we need to call them every single month for the extra charges. So irresponsible people.

Do not buy their screen replacement plan. They'll lie like it's free--and then tell you "Oh the rules changed .Sorry."
Literally just got told that by management. What kind of customer service is that?
