Terrible customer service. Bought an iphone 15 pro max from them feb 2nd that turned out to not work properly day one a soon as I left the store. Reported the issue right away to att, just to be given the run around up to this point. I have been sent back and forth to apple with att refusing to replace the defective phone without charging me another fee even though I didn't damage the phone. It's Feb 22nd and still haven't gotten a bit of help from them. Apple has been more help and better customer service. Choose another company they will not take care of you when you have an issue. They will not take accountability and will definitely trying to charge you even if you have gotten a defective item from them. Taking advantage of good hard working ppl is how they make a living. 0 stars if I could.

This is about Rude Moe's Customer Service.Have been ATT customer for 4 years & I recommended my friend ATT and took him to this store. Moe did not setup e-Sim Account properly and when we went to him two days later to fix it, he asked to try after an hour and come back despite we told him that we contacted ATT & App Support before coming back to the store.Mehdi, his manager solved the issue instantly. Instead of taking his manager's help and solving the issue for us, he asked us to come back after an hour. He is rude and did not agree his mistake.Above all instead of fixing the issue for us, he just thrown tantrums at us saying " do not raise your voice ".I am not going to recommend anyone this ATT store anymore.Mehdi has been helpful but he did not say a word to his peer that that is not the way to treat customers.

Hi - I visited the store to get an issue resolved with the billing.Daniel one of the manager gave mis-information while signing up the lines and upon asking me behaved very rudely and asks me to switch provider He creates the problems and the customer should call customer service to resolve the issue.He said he cannot do anything.Very unprofessional behavior and company should not hire these kind of people who will eventually lose customers. I have raised a legal complaint with ATT.

I want to give a big thanks to Elesa for helping me when I came into the store today. I had an issue with my account and Elesa was able to quickly resolve my problem. She was patient, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel good being an AT&T customer. I would recommend this store location to anyone.

Worst service ever. Manager Daniel horrible, extremely rude and did call me a liar after I said what the manager from the last week said about the policy! I would never go back to the store! I wish there was an option for zero star!!

Emely Vasquez was extremely helpful to me during my purchase of a new I Phone and setting it up. She is a great asset to the sales team in the store. I spoke with her manager, Paul, today in person and expressed to him there entire team is very great! Thank you again Emely for all your hard work.....

The worst experience i got when I get into this store. They do not resolve our issues related to at&t billing etc. they disappear in the middle and went to other customers without informing us. One guy name “Terry” he is horrible , if you see him when u visit the store, don’t let him assist you. He doesn’t have any knowledge about his work. He don't even know how to talk politely. He did not resolved my issue and went to other customers and ask me to wait in rude manner.

Daniel listen to my problems, insured that he understood what I was trying to do and then provided a very clean and efficient solution that solved everything.I really do appreciate the attention effort and customer service that Daniel provided.A customer is only as good as it representatives.Daniel is an excellent representative.
