Staff members like Rebecca, Juan, and manager Luis are highlighted for being extremely kind, polite, professional, and going above and beyond to help. They assist with complex cases, opening accounts, and providing quick service even during very long lines. While lines can sometimes be long, the overall impression is positive, with customers feeling grateful and set up for success, recommending the bank 100%.
The service was excellent and the place looks really comfortable. A lady attended us to solve a issue with my checking account and she was very carismatic and servicial.

Not a bad bank. I don't bank here myself, just use it on behalf of someone else. Sometimes the line is long, but that's the worst of their service.
