“True THANKS to the kind, gracious employee that was so good to my 83 year old mother on Monday, 08.17.26. My mom has been an Irving Chase customer for decades, she went to her branch on Irving Blvd and was truly mistreated by employees there. She needed proof of bank balances for a Medicare/Medicaid audit which was under a time constraint. Employees there refused to help her and stated they did not have time. My mom does not use a computer and has a flip phone. She felt so helpless, worried and embarrassed by how callusly she was dismissed. She struggles with a limp and is awaiting hip/leg surgery...and was sent away in 100 degree weather with no clue what to do. On the flip side, a really great lady at the SH 114/Rochelle branch helped my mom and gave her all the documentation after my mom thought to go there!!!!! There are truly good people and this encounter took all the worry off my mother....and treated her with true humanity....my sincerest gratitude to this genuinely thoughtful person.”

“I had my check up today with Dr Thirtha ??The Practice was so Inviting from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted by Julie and Billie at the front desk , they’re both very friendly and welcoming. Dr luvs to give hugs and I received the best hug ?I was invited to come back to the treatment room by Dana, Dr Thirtha assistant who took digital X-rays ( she was extremely gentle when placing the sensors in my mouth efficiently . She set the TV on very scenic channel with calming music and placed lavender pillow and offered me a blanket ?? Dr .Thirtha actually did my dental hygiene cleaning while Dana assisted her . The procedure went smoothly without any discomfort at all , I was so relaxed I could have easily fallen asleep .. I did not have any cavities and my teeth feel amazing !!!If you have not yet visited the New and Improved Practice “Truist Dental of Irving “ formerly Dr Jones you must call and schedule an appointment!!!”

“I unfortunately don't have an account with this bank but the great caring service I received is really having me thinking about leaving the bank I'm with and have been with for almost 30 years. A friend of mine who has an account there wrote me a check so the reason for my visit was to cash it and not knowing I went through the drive thru because I'm disabled and already feeling worn out and didn't think I could stand in line to get assistance and when I told the drive thru teller this he was very accommodating and was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted me in cashing the check.I want to give special props to Martis, he has the best attitude ever and it was a breath of fresh air having him assist me. He definitely deserves a raise or something for his professional yet cheerful attitude. He needs to be able to train others on how to treat customers like he did with me. He's a great asset to Comerica so don't let him go.”
