“I had a really stressful situation with my account and a cashier’s check, and Manager Daniel went above and beyond to help me in person. My account had been closed and the funds were moved to a cashier’s check that I never received. I was being told I would have to wait a long time to access my own money, but Daniel actually listened, took my situation seriously, and went to bat for me. He checked my account thoroughly, made calls, escalated the issue, and pushed until he got my funds released back into an account so I could access them the same day. He kept me updated the whole time and treated me with empathy and respect, not like I was just a problem to push aside.
Makayla and the rest of the staff are amazing as well! Every time I’ve come in, they’ve been kind, patient, and helpful. In a time when a lot of places feel cold and strictly “by the book,” this team showed real customer service and real compassion. I’m truly grateful for their help. “I unfortunately don't have an account with this bank but the great caring service I received is really having me thinking about leaving the bank I'm with and have been with for almost 30 years. A friend of mine who has an account there wrote me a check so the reason for my visit was to cash it and not knowing I went through the drive thru because I'm disabled and already feeling worn out and didn't think I could stand in line to get assistance and when I told the drive thru teller this he was very accommodating and was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted me in cashing the check.I want to give special props to Martis, he has the best attitude ever and it was a breath of fresh air having him assist me. He definitely deserves a raise or something for his professional yet cheerful attitude. He needs to be able to train others on how to treat customers like he did with me. “I had to go into the branch for security purpose when I set up a new account and Rathnaa assisted me with getting everything together she was very sweet paid attention and I explained I was on my lunch she got me out of there pretty quick.i than had to go back to get a cashiers che k and by me having a new account it they had to put a hold I explained the situation to her she got her manager Isaac involved and he was able to assist with getting the issue resolved . I shall say I am very happy with the customer service her and I am happy this is my branch . Oh yea I believe her name is Delia she was able to assist me with trying to figure out Zelle because I had on on another account. I shall say the employees there are very nice and helpful.”
