The leasing team is highly praised for their friendliness, knowledge, and helpfulness, making the experience of visiting and choosing a home positive. One staff member is especially noted for being very informative, kind, and trustworthy. The community is considered one of the best places to live, with impressive room quality and scenic views. However, some concerns include security issues, as there are no gates on the garage, and access is unrestricted. Additionally, parties on the patio can sometimes go into early morning hours, making sleep difficult. Overall, Carolyn offers a comfortable living environment with attentive staff and great amenities, despite some security and noise challenges.

The views here are amazing and Ernesto was the best! He made the choice to move here easy. Whole place is being renovated so just keeps getting better!
