The service here was above and beyond. After a long night of delays and aggravation at the airport, they were very quick in getting me into my room. The following morning they helped me make travel arrangements back to the hotel and took the load entirely off o my shoulders.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! We left our vehicle in this hotel’s parking lot (booked through a third party site) because they have a free airport shuttle to and from DFW. The website for hotel parking describes a 24 lot attendant and 24 hour security and security cameras. When we got back to our vehicle after a week of being gone, and we discovered that the catalytic converter and O2 sensor had been cut off and stolen! We were furious as we were expecting parking here to be safe. When we informed the front desk staff of the situation we were told our only course of action was to call the police, which we then did. This location is NOT safe, and there is NOT any security so do NOT park your vehicle here. There was only one surveillance camera for the area, and it wasn’t pointed towards our vehicle, so the police are very doubtful that they will find out who did it. We still had to pay for parking here and now have expensive vehicle repairs also. Please keep your vehicle safe and park somewhere else!

Was placed here due to a delayed American Airlines flight. The shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the airport, after three calls to the hotel where they said it would arrive in 5-10 minutes. The shuttle stops at multiple hotels so it takes a while to get to the hotel. And to the airport, the shuttles run every 30 minutes, and the shuttle was nearly full for my allotted time, due to it picking up from multiple hotels. The hallways had a bad smell from the carpet, and the room’s bathroom had an odd smell possibly from the cleaning solution. The bed was alright. Could hear the freeway outside the window.

The room was pleasant, and the beds were quite comfortable. We came, as a result of a missed connecting flight, to Chicago. No restaurants were open, at the time, so we had to rely on their snack shop, for a meal. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The toilet was disgusting. I have complained 3 times, because I'm at a conference, not here during day when cleaners come. The back tank lid where I normally put my clothes when I shower was sticky and has gunk on it. The outside of the bowl has black hairs stuck on it and is very sticky which I discovered by accident when brushed up against - nasty!!! Will not stay here again and would not recommend because I specifically explained the problem 3 times and still nasty. They keep saying cleaners came in and cleaned, which they are giving new towels and making the bed, but clearly are not cleaning with toilet, surfaces and floors sticky. I just cleaned myself by day three as I have two more days. Officially grossed out and disappointed with all words no actions customer service.

This hotel was gross!! The lobby smells like a team of dirty armpits. The sheets on the bed were clearly slept in, they had makeup and hair on them. I asked them to give us new sheets, they brought sheets that ended up having even more hair in them. The toilet paper roll had been soaked and then dried but they just took the paper rapping off and still put it to be used. The fridge had food in it and toliet seat was dirty. They had no breakfast at 9:15, we tried to make due with what was left but it was nasty. The good reviews are bc they give you points for a good reviews

The friendly guidance to use the shuttle was impressive and the room was very neat and comfortableHowever, free coffee at the front desk was not even late, but I couldn't enjoy it because I didn't refill

Due to a missed flight, American Airlines put us up at Comfort Suites last night 11-2-23. When we walked into our room, roaches scurried across the floor. We left immediately. So disgusting.

*READ BEFORE YOU BOOK*I only put 5 stars so people will see thisWords can’t explain how disappointed I am with not only the service but the cleanliness on this location.. where do I start… The service in my opinion starting is not the best the best plus I have stayed at many hotels and this is the first locating to hold $100 for damage fees. The most I ever did before was $50 and with this being my honeymoon I would like to use as much money for me and my husband as I can.I tried to blow it off and once I got in the only elevator it smelled like someone smoked the biggest joint and the hallways smelled like mildew… Not pleasant for a business.. again try and blow it off I get into the room and not only do I find what looks like rodent feces but a stained bed sheet with something on it I also find sheets that I would totally have been charged for when I checked out because of the big rip in the side. Needless to say I grabbed my stuff and left just as fast as we got there I have since been trying to contact the manager Ken but have been told “he is to busy to talk to me” by the closer last night (can’t remember the name) … so after our 4 and a half hour drive me and my husband got to go look for another hotel at 8:20 at night.. to make it better I asked for the refund to be processed which they never did. Thank God my bank got me the money back quickly and easily..Thank you Comfort Suites DFW Airport for starting my honeymoon like this…

Decent place to stay by the airport. Get ready for a super full airport shuttle if you use it. It serves multiple hotels. Ours was completely full both trips and on one of them they asked us to sit in laps because there weren't enough seats. Then I saw the sign in the van that read "tips constitute the majority of driver's compensation and are greatly appreciated" LOL. Sorry guy.I'd say it's a good enough place if you don't plan to use the shuttle. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable.

Hotel management is unreasonable. Flight was canceled, so could not arrive to stay at the hotel. Called immediately. Was told to call back in the morning to speak to the manager. He would not reverse the charge. I understand cancellation policies, but should be exceptions when your flight is cancelled! BEWARE.

Don’t believe the advertising, rooms do not look the same, and when it has a balcony listed in description, it is only for the first couple people then they tell you your out of luck. Rude staff mixed with false promises ruined what should have been a night I planned to propose, but then had to put off and eat the bill.

This location is a food desert isolated by freeways. Hotel was filthy throughout. We had to walk by bags of trash stashed in a rolling cart by an ice machine in the hallway. Breakfast area showed no attention to cleaning the tables as people came and went. Trash cans with swinging openings and counter tops revealed the same filth day to day. Folks started leaving trash out in the open rather than touching trash lids. The food hardly qualified as edible. I wanted to grab a cleaning rag and go to work.Food & drinks: The breakfast bar was filthy and food disgusting.

I had to stay here when my flight to Kansas City had to be rescheduled. I got in really late, after a long day I was greeted with Christian music playing over the speakers at the hotel. Idk if this is the owners choice of music or the young man that was on duty that night but It was like honey to my soul! I Highly appreciated simply hearing a encouraging and uplifting song after a weary long day. My room was nice, it looked clean. I did find one hair on the shower wall that I know wasn’t mine. And I picked a hair off of my bed. I know the sheets were clean, but I did have a hair on the bed. Idk if it was possibly one that fell off of me in the few seconds that I was leaning over the bed but most likely it was the housekeepers. But I wasn’t worried that the sheets were dirty in any way. You could see all the wrinkles from the washer and dryer. Sheets don’t look like that if they have been slept in. So I knew the sheets were clean and they smelt clean. Again, it was either my hair that fell off my clothes or it was the housekeepers as she was making the bed. I brushed it off the bed and got some sleep. Only other negative is that I can confirm the shuttle smells. Also, I did not experience any bugs in my room, I did check for them, as I do with every hotel I stay in. I only mention this because I saw a few reviews where people mentioned bugs. I didn’t experience that. I could hear the highway traffic pretty easy. But I’m use to loud noise so it didn’t bother me. Also, I didn’t notice any weird smells in my room or anything. I slept great. I only wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed my balcony in the morning. Also, my bed was comfy. Nice and soft. I’m not even sure if they have a breakfast but if they do I left very early before the breakfast was open so I don’t have anything to say about that. In the morning as I waited for the shuttle, I got to sit and listen to more encouraging Christian music down in the lobby as it was still playing over the hotel speakers. A few small negatives but over all I had a positive experience. I’d stay again if I was stranded near DFW.

I had a delayed flight and the airlines comp the hotel stay. Kudos to American airlines for doing the right thing. The staff at Comfort Suites worked extremely hard to get us on a shuttle and quickly check us into our rooms. The beds were comfortable, sheets were soft and I got a nice few hours of shut eye before having to head out early in the morning. Thank you Comfort Inn!
