Strong perfume scent in lobby and hallways. Thermostat screen emits a bright blue light and it will not turn off, disrupting sleep. Room was surprisingly nice.

Still a challenge getting the shuttle because no one answers the hotel phone number to make sure they are coming. It's shared service with other hotels, so it's a tough.

I don't get why there are so many complaints. Our flight was delayed, so we stayed one night. They let us stay extra. The front desk was helpful. Breakfast was okay.
