The mall was horrible but also old. The stores barely were open. This shouldn't be an outlet because they didnt have multiple items that an outlet would have. The young man was friendly but I wasn't pleased with their clothes selection.

The store was neat and organized, and the deals were great! I found the customer service lacking, though. I was not greeted, though 3-4 workers were near the entrance chatting. When I walked up and asked for a fitting room, it felt as if I was an inconvenience, rather than a customer— a bit awkward to say the least. I wish the interactions had been warmer, but I DO love the deals, so I’ll be back.

Lots of choices and the options are good as well. Delays are there always but make sure to read the small fonts they put in the deal cards. Overall jeans and jackets options are awesome. Staff are friendly and will give you the proper description and options if they are not available in the store as well. Overall satisfied with the quality and the customer service. If you are in Irving it's the nearest place to get nice deals in express clothing.
