Our company needed a storage solution in the Irving area, so after visiting multiple storage facilities in the area, Extra Space Storage best served our needs. The location was optimal, the grounds were clean, and the environment was safe and easy to access. The manager, Desiree, provided exceptional customer service during our visit. We shared what we needed and she provided multiple options to serve our needs. She also took the time to provide us with a tour so we could make an informed decision. Her confidence and positive attitude was a huge selling point when deciding to select this location. You can tell that she takes pride in keeping the grounds safe and monitored, and as a business owner, I feel confident that I made the best decision selecting this location for our company. If this was just based on Customer Service, I would give them four stars. Over the phone, Customer Service really nice helpful and quick. If you find it in person agent asked the property. I’ve only met one person and she was nice, but she didn’t know much about the property. Now the property itself I hate it. I told her to put me on the first floor I’m on the second and I think a number one thing for a storage unit I need lighting. How am I gonna get my stuff in there organized properly if there’s no light There’s some lighting on the outside, but it turns off after two seconds The unit itself is pitch black I can’t see what I’m moving. I can’t see what I’m doing. And from being in there myself, it is not temperature controlled, so

When I went she asked if I wanted to look at the storage and she was very nice and let me look at my storage unit and made sure I was aware of the fees it was very helpful thank you so much!!!
