Family Dollar is a convenient store due to its location. The store has received a makeover and looks amazing and beautiful. It is described as a nice, spacious location that is fully stocked. The employees are frequently noted as being awesome, very nice, happy to help, and so helpful. Prices are considered great when items are available. However, the store faces significant criticism. It is seen as outdated, a total disaster, and in need of being updated. The space is limited and small, which restricts selection. A major concern is the lack of customer service inside the store or by phone. Operational issues are noted, such as multiple unprocessed U-Boats on the floor and only one active register despite several workers. The business model is viewed as outdated in the internet age, with competition from services like Instacart and Door Dash. The name is considered misleading as there is nothing dollar priced. Parking is problematic, with no handicap parking and a small shared plaza lot. Specific feedback for this location suggests hiring Spanish-speaking employees to better serve the area, as this could capitalize on potential. Some customers feel followed around by staff. While convenient, customers often go elsewhere for better food, a healthier and cleaner place, and guaranteed customer service.

Nice spacious location. Fully stocked. But I do feel followed around at times from the staff. But unfortunately I'm used to it.
