The young lady at the counter was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. What I thought was going to take an hour took minutes. She was very efficient and did all the legwork. I retained my phone number and was out of there in probably fifteen to twenty minutes. Overall, this is the best Cellular experience I have i've ever had.”

“I ordered a wired device to mirror your smart phone onto your tv. I provided an Amazon rating with pros and cons. I noted that it wasn't functioning properly. They responded to my review by an email and offered to replace it. They sent me a new device quickly and then emailed to follow up and see if the replacement worked. It worked fine. I appreciated their prompt and friendly attention. They asked me toreturn the broken one and sent a postage-paid label. Unfortunately I just sent it back 2 1/2 years later (I'd kept it in the box). That's on me, but the service was great and the replacement that they sent still works!”

“I stopped for gas and paid w my credit card which I placed in my pocket after paying. When I got where I was going, my cc was gone. I called and the owner of the store answered the phone. He was very professional and kind and said he'd go look around. He called me back maybe 10 minutes later. He had my credit card and kept it in a safe place and let his employees know the time frame in which I'd be picking it up. I couldn't get back there until early evening and they knew who I was and exactly where my card was when I came to get it. They were kind and went above and beyond to help. Not just a convenience store, a neighborhood store where you matter and they're glad to be part of the community.”
