The 2nd shift male employee was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any sleep due to the loud AC unit. It woke me up every time it turned on. This defeated the purpose since I was only there to sleep. I spent way too much money to only be there for a few hours, and still didn't sleep.

Collin at the front desk was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. I had issues with my reservation that he immediately resolved. All of the housekeeping staff was professional and friendly. Great location.

I stayed here on a work trip a couple weeks ago and had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff were courteous, respectful, and professional. My only gripe is that there is no complimentary breakfast (unless you pay extra in your booking).
