“Overall it was a nice place. Way too much light comes into the rooms from all the outside lights and the blackout curtains are not long enough. Also had a problem with very little hot water in the morning for a shower. The restaurant/bar was good and the outdoors space is great for hanging out.”

“Noteworthy details: The staff was courteous, they were willing to assist me with information about my stay, and supply me concerning the location of the conference that I was attending.”

“Rooms were simple and clean. The ac was a little loud for me and my room by the elevator had some noise. The room lighting was a little dark until the morning sun which was wonderful when taking a shower in the morning. Otherwise service was wonderful, decent food, an amazing smoked old fashion, and nice pool area. Booth pools were not heated and had a lot of debris when I arrived on April 1, 2024 and the patio furniture was weather worn and uncomfortable but otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Great pillows and comfy bed and crisp clean sheets. I would stay here again for sure!”

“I want to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality, they are always kind, I go often since my daughter is in UD, the rooms are always very clean, as are the walls and the kitchen, the bathrooms, etc. It is a hotel that is always being improvised or renovated for its improvement. I really can't find the price they give me per room anywhere else near Las Colinas. In my opinion, if I were the owner of that hotel, there are only two things I would improve and that would be the elevator. I'm referring to its slightly more modern walls and The sofas in the rooms are very clean but they could be improved. 100% recommendable without a doubt.”

“It was clean and comfortable as always with free breakfast and they always have decent breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location it was in because it was too loud even at 3 AM at night. But the closest one from the airport.”

“My family comes down to the Dallas area every few months from OKC for a quick get away and we tend to hotel hop every time we come down. I've only stayed at this property once and it was great. I'm an aviation geek and love watching planes come and go and this hotel has a great view of the runway to watch planes takeoff/land at DFW. Definitely going to stay here more often.”

“Aloft hotels take a modern approach to room layouts, designs, and color palates. This location in Las Colinas is no different. Nice view of their pool on the backside, but still looking at a huge parking lot. Convenient to many restaurants, gas , banking, and toll ways.Friendly staff and a quick refresh center located in the lobby. It's reasonably priced for the amenities you get.Rooms: Spacious and clean.”

“The worker at the front is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Had to get a room for my father last minute because of a terrible American Airlines experience and he was so helpful. Not only in getting the room but I ordered my father food, because he hasn't been able to eat since AA made him stuck on a tarmak for 9hrs with no drinks or food, and he made sure it was delivered to him. I am so thankful for his patience and kindness. He helped our family so much tonight and I am so so grateful for him. Thank you so much for being the one good thing to happen to us today. Thank you!!!”

“I had a wonderful night, the staff was so helpful from Anicia checking me in to Aldo (I think) serving me a wonderful dinner. I asked a lot of questions and they were fabulous at answering them. I will plan on booking at this Marriott if I ever come back to the Dallas area.”

“My partner and I stayed at this hotel serendipitously due to a flight kerfuffle. The rooms are spacious! In our room we had a mini fridge, microwave, 27" TV, couch, two queen beds, coffee & coffee maker. This hotel has all the amenities that you would need. There is an indoor pool with towels available, a fitness center- that I didn't actually get to see, and a business center that has computers for use and the capacity to print. I would recommend that you bring your own soap and lotion, because as with the case with many hotels the soap will dry your skin out! It's very clean. Not the most modern in terms of interior design. There's an on-site restaurant that has a variety of options, some of which can be made plant-based. This restaurant is open until 11 p.m., so that's good if you have a late arrival or a late check-in. They have hot breakfast which is served in the mornings, which states at 6am & was still open at noon when I checked out. The hot breakfast is buffet style and on the date of my visit which was 2/16/2024, priced at $11 for adults per person. No continental breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly enough, not overly chatty, though. There is an airport shuttle, which arrives *when it wants to* to the airport... ? At the hotel there is a sign that states that this airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so there's no need to reserve it or call for it. My partner and I did not take the airport shuttle to the Airport though.”

“Deja was a great representation of the Dallas Sonesta simply suites of Irving. Also Tay gave great help at this location. The only thing I needed was a pan and they provided.”

“Rooms are relatively clean but there is a faint smell in the main entrance that was just barely noticeable. Morning buffet had good food and was clean. Rooms are also clean but the hallways are kind of horrendous. Random stains and rips and folds all over the third floor.”

“Excellent, perfect, peaceful one night stay! As a commuting airline employee, living in Florida, based in DFW, I spend many evenings in DFW. This is my favorite DFW Airport Hotel. My home-away-home! The entire staff is amazing. Incredible, professional and friendly service. I absolutely must recognize Brandon, whom I have known for several years. Brandon is in charge of the airport/hotel transportation shuttle during first shift. If you need shuttle transportation, you may be fortunate to have Brandon drive you. Brandon is one of the nicest people on the planet and never short on smiles. The Fairfield is perfect for short or long term stays, especially if you're flying in or out of DFW International airport. The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service. The hotel property is immaculate and well maintained. The guest rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Complimentary breakfast is served daily, in the breakfast dining area adjacent the lobby. For other meals, there are many dining options within walking distance of the hotel, including McDonald's and Aspen Grill. Thank you to everyone at the Fairfield for making my time away from home so relaxing and pleasant!”

“I been here for a while. For the most part it's pretty quiet. The police patrol through. Management is good and the grounds are always pretty clean. The size of the unit fits my needs. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a big family but it works for”

“We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was really good as well. They had the funnest Texas shaped waffles. It’s extremely close to the airport so you will hear a few planes, but even our air conditioner drowned out the sound, so it wasn’t bad at all. The shuttle was so easy and they were so flexible. 10 out of 10 would recommend.Rooms: The rooms are extremely cleanNearby activities: This hotel was only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas.Safety: It was very well lit, and a great safe hotel.Food & drinks: There’s several restaurants, including a Denny’s within a few minute walking distance.”

“Give this Motel6 a look if you have to do an overnight stay from an airline bumping your flight to the next day.We stayed on the 3rd floor rooms.Hardwood floors, bed appeared new, sheets smelled fresh and cleaned, no bedbugs when we checked all the way down to the mattress, bathroom was newer, room lighting was modern, outlets had USB to charge your phones, decent sized mini frig (was super clean, possibly new).Things to critic are that the bathroom mirror was peeling on the corners, bathroom didn't have a vent (seeing that more and more with bathrooms as of late), shower handle could use a little caulk around where the handles get secured, and the towels are definitely "economy sized" (aka they are small) towels.Wished they had body wash and shampoo, but hey it's a Motel6 so......Overall, we would stay at THIS particular Motel6 if we had to again.”

“My husband was recently released from the hospital after a grueling admission and needed a handicapped accessible hotel room. We were disheartened to learn that even though there are literally HUNDREDS of hotels in the surrounding area, almost all of them had none available (meaning non-handicapped people were booked or being placed in handicapped rooms most likely). Not only did the Hilton Garden in have one available but they had one sweet lady who worked at the desk both mornings we were there who is truly a shining star and did everything she could to make our stay as helpful and comfortable as possible. She was kind, friendly, and hands down the best person I have ever met holding that position at ANY hotel where we have stayed (and we have stayed at a LOT of hotels). Her name is Memuna, and Hilton should make her employee of the year or do something else nice for her because she is simply amazing. Thank you, Memuna, for helping reduce our stress level and going out of your way to help in every way you could think of.Rooms: The large bathroom and roll in tub with a bench was fantastic.”

“The service here was above and beyond. After a long night of delays and aggravation at the airport, they were very quick in getting me into my room. The following morning they helped me make travel arrangements back to the hotel and took the load entirely off o my shoulders.”

“This hotel was able to get me in as soon as I called. They even let me check in early because I was stuck at the airport due to American Airlines changing my flight last minute without notice. They came and picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the hotel. They are remodeling the lobby and hallways but the rooms are really nice and really clean.Rooms: Very clean and spacious.Food & drinks: I used the room service delivery and it was easy. A little pricey but I am also right next to the airport without a car. So it had to be delivered here.”
