“The hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facility was very clean and new in appearance. Room amenities and bathroom were very clean. Like new in appearance. Staff in the coffee shop and restaurant were pleasant and helpful. I attended a conference and the Hotel AV personnel were very accommodating and helpful. Checkout was a breeze.”

“The rooms were comfortable and straightforward, equipped with all the essentials. The location is convenient, being near the airport and various restaurants.
However, the bar staff could benefit from improving their hospitality and awareness when customers are around. Given the bar's small size, it's reasonable to expect prompt attention to patrons. Since service staff often rely on tips, fostering rapport with customers is crucial. A little kindness and attentive service can lead to better gratuities.”
“First time staying here for work. Our HQ is in Coppell and this was a convenient spot to stay for proximity to HQ and DFW.
Good sized room with a kitchenette, comfortable bed and good AC.
The two ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind.

“One of my favorite hotels in the DFW area. If you ever have to spend a night close to the airport, this is your place to go.
Rooms are clean and spacious and they offer a shuttle to the airport.
Only small disappointment: The bar in the lobby is closed on Friday and Saturday.”

“We were guests for my wife birthday on New Years Eve week. The staff to real good care of us and the venue was mid to upper tier for Marriott’s standards.
We will definitely come back and stay. We met a lot of nice people there as well. There was a party there mid week. It was cool seeing all the lights coming from the upper floor windows. Looked like a disco, lol.

“I'm a Best Western rewards member who stays exclusively at brand locations and I have to say this specific location is fantastic. Extremely clean, smelled good. Man at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Nice dining area that overlooks the pool, so you can drink coffee in the cool while watching your kids swim in the heat. They even have a vending machine in the lobby that sells flowers, in case you are meeting someone special that arrives from the airport. Pool and hot tub both worked well and were clean of all debris. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location.”
“Great price and location. Bed was comfortable . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had Mini fridge and microwave. Good tv stations. Other than minor cleaning issues I will definitely stay here again.”

“Ended up staying here water being unexpectedly stranded at the DFW airport overnight. The Lyft ride from the airport was about 20 minutes. Price was pretty good too about $150/night.”
“The girl that pick us up was very kind and very helpful the whole time, she also took care of us at the front desk.

“Very nice boutique hotel… they need to add another ice machine perhaps on the first floor. The hotel staff exceptionally kind! They could definitely lower the price on food and drinks in the lobby… I just can’t see paying 10 bucks for small bag of popcorn or five dollars for small can of Red Bull… Well, I did, but I didn’t like it! Nice place to go and chill. (Price) was more than fair especially for Las Colinas. Food and entertainment within 1 mile or less. Check this place out, you’ve got my seal of approval on it.”

“I had a flight cancelled, so I needed an affordable hotel, close to the airport. I got surprised that on a budget this hotel offered me a great spacious room, comfy king bed, breakfast included, shuttle to the airport and allowed me to hang out during the day since I had a flight at night. Highly recommend it”

“I first want to say Harriet is a pure joy upstairs in the lounge. She is the perfect guest for the morning.
We had to stay at the DFW location because we had to come in for a funeral. Check-in was smooth, however when we returned from the funeral we received a call that we had to move rooms because the room above us had a problem. We were so overwhelmed did not want to move rooms but we did.”

“After the weather drug out the day at the airport for 12 hours. This place was a haven to walk into, they threw together some snacks for the stressed travelers, the atmosphere was cozy, the rooms are great, the staff was genuine, real, and happy to help. Only issue I had I stayed there for 3 days and had no AC the first night & spotty on and off the remaining 2 days. Maintenance was quick to resolve or try to resolve my issues but they are given limited resources to help. The room is decent.”

“Stayed here to be close to the airport for a 7am flight. Clerk at check in was very hospitable. Shower was soothing and bed was comfortable. Great view with a balcony and you can see the airport. Shuttle was on time and 24 hours.”

“Very good location, I found good service even though I arrived at 12am, they picked me up at the airport without any problem, it's good to rest between flights, good value for money, quality, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, it really surprised me. The breakfast is quite simple but it does the job, the breakfast place was also very clean and organized. It's totally recommended.”

I'm shocked by the high quality room we got, for such a low price!!!! We had a spacious bedroom, hall and living room, fridge and microwave. The room was clean and everything looked good quality. The hotel environment was quiet, well mannered, and drama free.
I'm over the moon with our experience (especially the price for such wonderful accommodations).”

“First of all, Ebony at the Las Colinas Irving Texas location was awesome! I actually went to the place for a tour and was impressed and surprised because the tubs weren't rusted/stained in the two/three units that were shown. Secondly, the rooms didn't have musty stinky smells that many extended-stay hotels typically have, many of which are right across the street and blocks away from the Sonesta Suites. The only downside is the wkly price was about $100 more per week than what I am already paying. Outside of that I would have booked the room immediately.”

“This location is absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and they LOVE dogs! The gm Jessica is seen petting and giving pups sweet attention!! Shastine is always helpful whenever I need towels or any help for my room she is your friend!! This is importance as I have a Service Dog. They treat me and my pup like family! They keep the place clean and smelling great!! They even have a good place for me to take my pup out to potty and they have poo bags so no one leaves a mess! 10 out of 10 service!”

“Definitely recommend staying at Texican Court. The customer service is truly above and beyond. Every staff member goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and satisfied throughout your stay.
My mom especially loved the lotion and shampoo provided in the room. After we checked out, I called the hotel to ask about purchasing them, but they weren’t available on the website. To our surprise, the staff went the extra mile and sent the items to us as a complimentary gift. That level of thoughtfulness really says a lot about how much they care about their guests.”
