“This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The aesthetic was beautiful from the lobby to the guest rooms, and everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. The sheets, mattress, and pillows were incredibly comfortable—I slept so well! The staff was warm and friendly, and the amenities were excellent. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a sense of quiet luxury, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“My flight was delayed home until the next morning, so I found a hotel that was reasonably priced and only a 15 minute drive to the airport, and upon my arrival, the service was impeccable. The airline also held onto my bag so the Marriott provided me with all the necessary toiletries. The only reason I gave the room a 4-star rating was because the outlets beside the bed weren’t working and one of the plugs was pulled out exposing the electrical wires. Other than that, great stay, and super close to walk to the restaurants at the Toyota Music Factory.”

“First time staying here for work. Our HQ is in Coppell and this was a convenient spot to stay for proximity to HQ and DFW. Good sized room with a kitchenette, comfortable bed and good AC. The two ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind. I travel with vintage film cameras so I took a few shots of the place in black and white film. “The rooms were comfortable and straightforward, equipped with all the essentials. The location is convenient, being near the airport and various restaurants. However, the bar staff could benefit from improving their hospitality and awareness when customers are around. Given the bar's small size, it's reasonable to expect prompt attention to patrons. Since service staff often rely on tips, fostering rapport with customers is crucial. A little kindness and attentive service can lead to better gratuities.”

“One of my favorite hotels in the DFW area. If you ever have to spend a night close to the airport, this is your place to go. Rooms are clean and spacious and they offer a shuttle to the airport. Only small disappointment: The bar in the lobby is closed on Friday and Saturday.”

“I'm a Best Western rewards member who stays exclusively at brand locations and I have to say this specific location is fantastic. Extremely clean, smelled good. Man at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Nice dining area that overlooks the pool, so you can drink coffee in the cool while watching your kids swim in the heat. They even have a vending machine in the lobby that sells flowers, in case you are meeting someone special that arrives from the airport. Pool and hot tub both worked well and were clean of all debris. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location.”

“Friendly staff, good hot breakfast! But the fruit is old. Rooms are clean and modern, with hard floors. Only 1 set of elevators at the far end of the hall....away from any room we have stayed in. Hard to get a room with a bath tub. Still have the small tube of shampoo and conditioner. ADA HC parking has unauthorized cars, so hard to park on the same end as your room!”

“Check in was easy & the property was super clean. The breakfast was good & the 24 hour on property gym was amazing and really good . The employees were sooo nice as well. The rooms were nice and clean as well. The only thing was the ac during the day did not get cold so the room was rather stuffy . But other than that it was great 😊”

“Very nice boutique hotel… they need to add another ice machine perhaps on the first floor. The hotel staff exceptionally kind! They could definitely lower the price on food and drinks in the lobby… I just can’t see paying 10 bucks for small bag of popcorn or five dollars for small can of Red Bull… Well, I did, but I didn’t like it! Nice place to go and chill. (Price) was more than fair especially for Las Colinas. Food and entertainment within 1 mile or less. Check this place out, you’ve got my seal of approval on it.”

“We parked our car here for 6 days while on vacation. Very easy directions to get here, shuttle service was great to and from DFW. Friendly staff and great shuttle drivers, I would definately recommend parking here for a flight out of DFW!”

Only issue I had I stayed there for 3 days and had no AC the first night & spotty on and off the remaining 2 days. Maintenance was quick to resolve or try to resolve my issues but they are given limited resources to help. The room is decent.”

“Had a great view of the planes landing, and the room, though slightly old, still had a nice modern feel, despite the bathrooms not being the best. The room was very clean. The lobby areas were amazing and the staff were super friendly. Have a great day! Afterwards, I went to the nearby Mexican Margaritas & Tacos restaurant. As a guest of the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, they give 10% off! It is a very unique place with great quality food, so enjoy the offer and claim it. The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful, and the owners receive you in a very good way. Highly recommend checking them out after your stay!”

“First of all, Ebony at the Las Colinas Irving Texas location was awesome! I actually went to the place for a tour and was impressed and surprised because the tubs weren't rusted/stained in the two/three units that were shown. Secondly, the rooms didn't have musty stinky smells that many extended-stay hotels typically have, many of which are right across the street and blocks away from the Sonesta Suites. The only downside is the wkly price was about $100 more per week than what I am already paying. Outside of that I would have booked the room immediately.”

We had a spacious bedroom, hall and living room, fridge and microwave. The room was clean and everything looked good quality. The hotel environment was quiet, well mannered, and drama free. I'm over the moon with our experience (especially the price for such wonderful accommodations).”
