This is a fraudulent laboratory who is submitting false claims to my mother’s insurance company for weekly Covid and Flu tests. Their NPI is 1073278552 and the owners name is Rahul Nandru. Look up the NPI for information on the lab to report to CMS and report the fraud to your insurance company.
