Irving Towne Center is expanding with new retail like a make-up store and Dollar Tree, though Real Life Nutrition is closing. It houses popular spots like a pet store with great grooming and a favorite pretzel place. A sandwich shop there is clean with friendly staff and good food. However, the parking lot is noted as unsafe with speeding cars, and the movie theater faces complaints of poor management regarding noisy children in films.
Nice place, lots of varieties of service, it's really great center that almost covers most of the markets needed

We visit the target here and it's very easy to find parking and shop.

Fairly clean area. This is not the Irving mall like the picture shows. Target is the anchor store. Potbelly, Firehouse subs, Chillis, Domino's, Mattress Firm Car Toys and more.
