Kroger is a well-known grocery store that offers a wide selection of quality food and household products from popular brands. Customers appreciate the variety of fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, and home goods available, making it a convenient one-stop shop for savings. Many find the store quick and easy to navigate, especially when it comes to shopping for fresh items like meat and fish, which are kept clean and well-maintained. The staff are often friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, with some customers highlighting the excellent customer service from employees at the service desk and at the meat counter. However, there are some areas for improvement. Some customers find the shopping carts too big and bulky, wishing for more smaller options. Concerns about store cleanliness are raised, particularly regarding the produce section, where the egg compartment sometimes smells bad and contains broken eggs, and there are worries about expired or rotten products being sold. Additionally, the produce freshness varies between locations, and some customers have experienced issues with expired foods and unsanitary conditions. Despite these issues, many still enjoy shopping at Kroger, though some choose to visit different locations or drive further for a better shopping experience. Overall, Kroger provides a good selection of products and friendly service, but cleanliness and product quality can be inconsistent across locations.
Most the staff is nice enough but there’s always a long self check out line and no actual registers open.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is horrific on top of seeing missing piece of the wall next the urinals will make you just hold your bladder a while longer.
Also, never buy seafood from here it is never fresh. The catfish and shrimp always has a foul smell so skip it if you don't want food poisoning.

Hate the carts here as they lock for no apparent reason... inside the store. The meat department and floral team run this tightly packed store. It must be a little older as the grid system has leaked every square inch out of this place. I would move it a few doors down for a year, raze it, and rebuild.
