“I REALLY LIKED This Tom Thumb. Especially the piano player. ( Weekends only) the prices unfortunately weren't too much different than other grocery stores. But it's a nice quiet well laid out store. lots of choices for your every day needs and I Think a much better beverage selection than most Kroger or Walmart stores. It's in a very nice part of Irving AND it's been there for a very long time. But it has a very modern appearance. I plan to start shopping there more often.”

I stumbled upon this gem while on the hunt for cheap gas. The Gas Buddy app brought me here. I walked in to pay and he asked if I wanted to fill up my tank. He let me pump my gas first with no prepay and said “I trust you!” WHAT?! In 2026?! ? I came back in and he had hot breakfast ready to go - selling at 30% off so he can make room to prepare today’s lunch. Huge breakfast burrito for 3 bucks. Hot biscuits, burritos and more homemade every day. After a nice chat and ringing me up, he told me to take care and be safe at work today.

“I come here to send wires back home to Nigeria and never had an issue. The fee is about 5% and I've always payed them in cash (not sure if you can use debit). The first time I used them it took a a few minutes to fill out the paperwork but now that I send to the same account with regularity they can look all the info up by phone number so it's even faster! This is an African market with plenty of foodstuffs and harder-to-find ingredients also, but I've only come for money transfer services so far.”
