Worst customer service ever seen. I was returning an item and this lady name Dragica Mallick is so arrogant and unprofessional, she said she cannot return as she is no in mood to work despite being in her shift at register and told be very rudely to go to next register. Disappointed with Macy's behaviour.

DO NOT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCT FOR YOU OR YOU WILL ? REGRET YOU DID....THEY COULD GIVE 2 S***S ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT BEING LOST IN THE MAILING PROCESS......
Let see where do I even start..... so I went to the the store because my mother wanted to purchase a cream from lancome so we went and waited until they opened, we walked in and none of the sales associates were even on the sales floor so we waited awhile then finally when we were acknowledged that we were there my mother spoke to one of the lancome ladies and to a disappointment they didn't have her cream that she wanted so they talked her into letting the manager order it for her which was a very very very big mistake, my mother also explained to them that she had them order something for her in the past and the same incident happened where they lied to her about ,her order being shipped out to her house but the package ? was at the store, she waited for about 1-3 months so when they lied to her about her product being mailed out already it was sitting at the damn store all this time and they didn't even bother to call her to let her know this.... so..... again the same incident has happened and now they are being very rude to us over the phone and the manager whose name is Tina is always on vacation when we ask to speak with her, mind you this I was told that it was a "pre-sale" and Tina wasn't even supposed to even do that and order the cream for my mother, they were all nice in person and trying to get that sale but over the phone they were very, extremely rude to me over the phone, I even spoke to another associate who was extremely rude and gave me a fake name but she said her name was Kisha and she wouldn't give me her name and was very hesitant to and even to give me the store number, I hope this is read by someone in the corporate office because they need to address those people who work at this macys I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS Macy's UNLESS YOU LIKE FALSE PEOPLE WHO ACT NICEVIN PERSON BUT ARE ARROGANT AND VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE.....plus it's going on 2 months now and still haven't received my mother's product, no email, or anything and I never got a tracking number or any information through my email until I went to the store and was given to me, I heard they were closing some macy's I hope this store will be next if not soon in the near future.

I visited the store with my brother with special needs, who has Down syndrome. We unfortunately had a terrible experience when an employee from the perfume department rudely approached us complaining about noises he was making with his shoes (we had just come into the store and it was raining outside), demanding we make him stop. He was not causing a scene or touching items in the store, but the employee insisted he was annoying other customers by making noises with his wet shoes.
