They are very organized and attentive to every need. Guests can let Alexis handle everything, including the photographer, DJ, food, fruit bar, cake, decorations, and servers who clean up and make sure everyone is taken care of. This allows hosts to spend time with family and friends. The experience is stress-free, and everything turns out perfect. The venue is beautiful, the food is great, and the set up is amazing. Security is also very on point. The price is affordable and well worth it for the full package. Guests always have a blast and a great time. Many have held multiple events here and will continue to do so. Palace Ballroom is highly recommended for any event.

Had my sisters 15th birthday celebration here in June 2024. The set up was amazing, the service was exceptional, the staff were very attentive, highly recommend booking your event here. Thank y’all for the fantastic experience! Looking forward to the next time.
