The store in Irving was great! We are from out of town. They were kind, patient and took all the time we needed to get perfect inserts and boots. Great to have kind service with people that care. Highly recommend!

Delma was the best, from the moment I walked into to the store. She was so much help that she walked out the back room with 3 boxes of boots, to make sure i chose the right type of boots for the type of work that I do. She really took the time to help me and cared that I left the store satisfied with my purchase.

The woman who runs this location was amazing. She simultaneously helped both myself and another customer without making either of us feel like we were waiting. She got my shoe size and foot pressure points. And after explaining what kind of boot I was looking for she provided several options and explained the differences between them. The process took less than 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with these boots. The BOA lacing system makes putting on and taking off the boots quick and easy.

Very attentive staff! There was a mix up with some shoes I bought as a gift and the associates sorted it out in seconds and threw in a free pair of socks for the mistake! Highly recommend :)

Staff is not very welcoming. I had to keep interrupting there personal conversations. Not very customer friendly. Asked a few questions, and got dry responses. Boots looked nice. Going to try a different store.
