I tried to get a tax document from UC Berkeley that was never received because it was mailed to the incorrect address. I was told to fax instructions where the form should be sent. A couple days after I faxed the documents I confirmed the fax was received and was told the mailing was “in process”. I called after a couple more weeks and was told it still had not been sent. They assured me it would be sent within a day. After waiting 5 days I called again. First time I was on hold 30 minutes then was cut off. Still trying to get through?

Just absolutely terrible customer service and zero understanding or actual clarity.Run, do yourself and your company a favor.As a prime example, the Cobra process group is rude and basically incompetent with one exception, Crystal, she's on point. The rest of the group is unprofessional, inconsistent and lack any sort of rational or judgement. It's evident they have a hard time hiring quality individuals.

I have been calling for months to cancel my health insurance, because I am now on Medicare.No return calls! I just keep getting told they are working on it. Well I am not paying it! This is a terrible benefit management company. Atrium Navicent Medical Center can do better.

Horrible company. Tell you they will do something and when they don't and you call them on it, they get rude and nasty. Keeping my fingers crossed I can get them to issue the refund I need and I will move on and avoid them like the plague.

These people are a joke! I work at the University of California and have been having problems accessing my profile. I've tried calling these people multiple times. They're rude, indifferent, and will give inaccurate information in order to relieve themselves of any responsibilities involved in helping you.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have repeatedly called this company because my benefits were not processed in a timely manner. I paid my COBRA in full for the rest of 2022 back in September and they did not add my dependent children to my vision plan. They will make up any excuse possible why something isn't being done. They will blame the client, they will blame open enrollment, they will blame the procedure, but they won't ever actually fix a problem. I even made a 3-way call between EyeMed and UnifyHR and myself and no one could do anything to correct the enrollment issue. If there is any way to file a complaint with the better business bureau and department of labor about COBRA violations, I will be pursuing it. Stay far far away from them to administer your benefits.

Due not use this company for your employee needs. They are not cobra compliant and will cost your company more than they are worth. You will end up in a lawsuit.

AVOID this company like the plague . I have had employees pay for Cobra coverage but they refuse to send the information to the medical insurance company. they are covered for over a month but we're told they can't even use the policy until it's expired. they took our employees money and refuse to reinstate their insurance until they can no longer use it. investigations are now being held and our company is also involved in investigations due to their incompetence. they are NOT worth the headache as they are not the only company that does this service. pay a little extra and research the company. it would have saved us tons of money if we would have just paid the little extra and gone with a more reputable company.

Do not use this company. They are not cobra compliant. Several lawsuits being filed due to their lack of knowledge. Will cost your company more money than it's worth.

I would highly recommend avoiding using this company. TERRIBLE costumer service. I have an employee who got cobra through them. They took her money and then refused to give her the information of where they sent the money. BCBS tried to get the information because they are where it was supposedly sent. They wouldn't help them either. BCBS rep said they have never encountered the problems that Unify HR has caused before. It was recommended to me to report them to cobra compliance so I did. Still no money or coverage

My spouse’s previous employer uses this company to administer COBRA benefits. It’s been horrible service. Each and every time we try to use a medical service, we find out that we were not yet enrolled. When requested they enroll us…for medical and it. Was dental and then eye and each month it seems to be an issue. I am grateful to have coverage and to be healthy so I don’t need a lot of services. It seems like their business model is to take in the income but not enroll you until a specific request by you is made.. lesson learned…call each insurance carriers to verify coverage and that you’ve actually been enrolled
