I have been to HUNDREDS of UPS stores... This location, and its manager, Sam, gave me the most helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating experience I've had, ever.
Its rare to have an experience while sending certified mail that leaves an impression. This place, and the staff, should be used as a case-study for the entire brand- THIS is how you meet & exceed expectations.

Ms. G, The lady that helped me, was just wonderful. I had two items of separate sizes that I needed to ship together. She measured everything out, found the right box, and used her tools and knowledge to fit the items together. She packed everything securely and I feel assured everything will arrive in the same condition I shipped it in. More so, even while helping me she greeted every person that came into the store. I was so certain I would have to send my package in two different boxes and pay double, but Ms. G made it possible to ship everything I needed in one box, saving me on costs. I will definitely go back to UPS if I ever need to ship anything else again. Thank you so much, Ms. G!

Went to drop of a package a guest left at dfw airport and the owner did not want to print the shipping label said it was $2.20
I told him it was for a random person that left an item behind at dfw airport . He said it’s all about the money , I will never do business at this location

Having friends out-of-state means I have many gifts to send out. I trust this UPS location with all my shipments because of this store’s team and their customer service. They help me find the best price and efficiently take care of each package with ease. Customers’ needs are met quickly and allows for small wait times between anyone in line every time I go guaranteed.
