Let me test drive it. Let me sit in it as long as I needed. Let me look everything over. Not once did he rush me or try and pressure me.
I brought my concerns to him and immediately he went over the issues he would try and get fixed so I could love the car. The owner was very upfront and extremely friendly as well. They couldn't fix everything but they worked with me on the price.

“We had a great experience here! The environment was clean and calm/not chaotic or noisy. Our sales person, Ryan, listened to exactly what we needed and only showed us what we were interested in and only included cars within our budget. He was very knowledgeable and was able to offer answers to our many questions. We did end up going a bit over budget, but it wasn't due to him up-selling us. He simply gave us information that guided our choices and I'm so glad he did! I am so happy with the car we ended up with and I feel we made a really solid investment on a car that will work for us for several years. I must have test driven 20 very similar cars and Ryan happily helped us narrow it down to the exact make/model I felt most comfortable in. We ended up shipping the actual car we bought from another location to this location and that was super easy too! It arrived earlier than expected and they quickly ran it through their quality checks so I could bring it home the next day. The purchase process was super fast and they even put a big bow on it! I will definitely start here when we need our next car! Great facility, good inventory, but the staff are the best part!”

Other than that fastest easy in and out application I’ve done better than waiting hours at other dealers.
