After spending over 15 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to fix my bill, I was fed up and decided to go into the store to resolve my issue. I was told all they could do for me was let me call Verizon on their phone. I'm so pissed off that I left MetroPCS. I could have never imagined Verizon customer service was so awful.

I just wanted to allow potential customers to understand what type of people they are potentially doing business with because I was in shock to know that my 22 years loyallty to them for my phone, Internet, cable, you name it, we've had it and they basically told me that I was being shunned from Verizon if I could not lay my outstanding g balance IN FULL, ONE LUMP SUM PAYMENT OF $3,400 SOMETHING! This accured during my broken back injury that ended up being completely rehabilitated, only to end up re broken when we were struck by a Dallas Fire Truck on the freeway, in the February ice storm in Dallas, Texas. So I had to do my back rehabilitation all over again. All the while bills piled up left and right and they managed to work with me for a long time. But I even offered to pay 300 a month since my return to keep services and they would not accept a single penny less than the +$3,000! That's how they treat a 22 year loyal paying customer! Completely wrong in my eyes! And everyone else's obe told my story too! Your suppose to offer someone helping hand when their down! But apparently Verizon believes if kicking others while their down.

Customer service at this location provided a decent experience. However they setup my account incorrectly. A call to Verizon customer support corrected this. -1 star.

Horrible customer service, sale guy sold me a phone under promo, that never got applied to the account. Got charged $580, Went back twice, called customer service 4x and wasted more than 5 hours of my time for sales guy error to no avail. Don’t know how to use their own system. Pathetic: never go here!!

I lost my phone yesterday and Kevin was very helpful in exploring my options. There were plenty of other options I could have chosen but because he was very courteous and efficient I was able to get a new device from this store. All the service agents were also very nice and welcoming. I wasn't expecting anything for free but because of the service I received my life is back on track. Many many thank you's! This guy needs a raise.

Came to quickly pay my bill at the Kiosk since Verizon won’t accept Cash App cards payments online, the store should have been open at 10am and it’s now 10:12 am and there’s a line of people waiting for the store to open.UpdateThe store had a few issues this morning but notified us and opened shortly thereafter.

Verizon wireless seems to think that it's OK for their customer service agents to talk down to and make racial comments and slurs to their customers just because they're overseas does not give them right to talk down to us who may actually pay their bills this is USA based company and It should have AUS a based customer service team

The gentleman who was supposed to help me switching to Verizon wasn’t happy to be at work at all.I know it is hard to work on holiday,but if you decide to work , you need to feel like working and be kind to your customers.
