Get ready to wait 45-60 minutes.They either A.) Need to hire more people or B.)They need to have people to assist in a faster fashion. There was literally only one teller up there while they had 3 people on the other side of the window. And one guy just walking around looking unproductive.

I have not had any issues with my Wells Fargo Bank. I love how easy it is to get down to the bottom of any issue that may arise.

I've been to this location several times now. I've always had a pleasant experience. Sometimes they're a little busy, but they're always really nice.

Came in 2 hours before closing to sort out an issue with my zelle. Was basically kicked out and told they would not be able to see me because they close at noon. Terrible service. Go to another bank. Always understaffed and don’t care about your needs since they already have your money.

This location is Understaffed with employees that don’t know anything about customer service.Me and other customers are waiting for over 2 hours.By the time my turn comes wire cutoff time will pass.Employees are sitting and chit chatting with opposite gender other workers for 2 hours and hoping, wanting every customer to get tired of waiting and leave so they can continue talking with their future date.

Update.. 2 years later nothing has changed. There's still slow as molasses in winter time. Not sure why the people that work here are so slow, but if you're that dumb you really should not work at a bank! Ridiculously slow even in the commercial line! Seriously this is the slowest drive-through that has ever existed. Every time I come here it takes 15 minutes per car so if I'm the 3rd in line it is a 45 minute wait. I'm not sure why it takes so long if they have 4 people working in there what the hell are they doing and why isn't the management doing anything to take better care of their customers?? What business owner has this amount of time to wait daily to do deposits and get change orders?? It's absolutely ridiculous!

ATMs are always empty. Lines are backed up to the highway. Employees are great but the location itself is terrible!
