“Great experience with AlphaGraphics. Had a rush order on some posterboards that needed to be completed within a few hours in advance of a critical meeting. Realized that this is challenging for businesses like this after trying to go to Fedex office. Turned to Alphagraphics and they delivered within a couple hours. Carlos, whom I cannot thank enough, called their print shop and squeezed me in. They made process very easy, sent an invoice to my work email, and the posters came out great. I did have to drive to their print shop to pick up due to the urgency, but it was only 10-15 min outside downtown and I was happy to do so to get the posters on time. “This fedex was easily accessible for me via the Tunnel. Unfortunely I didn't get to use the service because they won't take phone shipments unless you pay for a phone box. I was willing to pay for it, but then they told me they don't have any in stock so they won't take my time sensitive shipment. This is one of the only downtown locations and you don't even have all the supplies needed for peoples needs? I asked them could they pack it really well in a small box but they still refused service. I mean I would use them to drop off stuff if I had to but I wouldn't go out of my way to use them again.”
“There was a little bit of a line and it went fast. Service was done with a great attitude and smile. I would go out of my way if I needed to use FedEx because Mrs. Dena was so warm and efficient. If you need to use FedEx services and are in the area I would highly recommend them.”

“Earlier this morning I was in an absolute panic trying to print a required receipt for a major exam. The internet was down at my house due to a storm, and with less than an hour until my test, I was scrambling to find a FedEx that was open.
I called ahead and spoke with Ricardo, and honestly, he was the calm in the storm. I was stressed, emotional, but Ricardo stayed on the phone with me the entire time, helping me navigate where to go and how to find the FedEx location inside the hotel. He was patient, kind, and reassuring telling me everything would be okay. That meant more to me than he probably realizes.

“Was in town for an event and we were at the convention center. This location isn’t large but it’s open on Sundays, very convenient location on second floor of the Marriott across the street from the convention center, and the employees were so helpful. The day I was there (Sunday), I went in about 30 mins before closing (sorry!!) but the worker there was helpful and was working hard to finish print projects for a few other event/marketing professionals like myself trying to finish last minute projects for the main event the next day at the stadium. They stayed after close to finish the print projects that were in progress before closing. Thank you!!”
