“Thank God for Emanuel M.! I had just had my wallet stolen and needed to take action. Not only did he get me a new debit card and get my deposit made, but he helped me nail down the exact date of the theft that I needed for the police report and gave me a list of things I needed to do for identity theft and who I needed to contact. He did all of this with patience and kindness which I require a lot of LOL. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help me.
