“Everyone has always been super helpful and super friendly. They treat me like family even when they see me just out in a store they know my name and make a point to say hi. I have been with big bank names and they never even took the time to know the customer but here I am glad I am a member here and don't plan on going anywhere else.”

“Thank God for Emanuel M.! I had just had my wallet stolen and needed to take action. Not only did he get me a new debit card and get my deposit made, but he helped me nail down the exact date of the theft that I needed for the police report and gave me a list of things I needed to do for identity theft and who I needed to contact. He did all of this with patience and kindness which I require a lot of LOL. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help me. He really saved the day and was nothing but professional and kind thank you Emmanuel! You rock Xs 10!!!!”

“Been using this bank since i was 18 & never had any issues. Great customer service! Never any lines or long waiting! Quick in & out every-time! Not suggested unless you live in East Texas though cause not many banks or ATMs out of the ETX area.”

“We have enjoyed this local hometown back for over 20 years. We really like the individual service we get and the employees actually know our name and take really good care of our accounts. If you need a bank I would recommend this bank.”

“Karina was very sweet in the drive thru. Gave it a four because what back doesn’t have check registers? I guess I’m spoilt by the Athens location. I did love that you had a little Jesus in the window.”
