Went into bank to find my account wad closed after being inactive for a few weeks Requested to reopen new account for a job deposit. Was told that No one was available for the day. It was 2pm. Regional Manager was very responsive and helpful to resolve. 1 star for brach. 5 stars for regional manager.

Do not anawer phone, False advertise they offer high level of service.

The drive through ATM doesn't work. It just ate my bank card and a large sum of money because the touch screen is hyper sensitive and doesn't work as it should.
