“First and foremost this is only rating my serviceman Quinton. He was prompt and professional. As far as Sears, this is the 4th scheduled appt and my issue is finally fixed. A couple days prior to my appt they asked me to take a pic of my make and model number and the shipped parts to my house not ever coming out to actually diagnose my issue. I initially scheduled an appt on Aug 19th had my daddy waiting all day 8-5 because they won’t give smaller time frames for no one to show up. They automatically rescheduled and I had to find someone to be there last min because I work outta town. Guess what, those parts they ordered definitely wasn’t the issue. Sooo, more parts were ordered. They rescheduled the appt prior to the parts arrival. Again, my daddy sat there waiting and they rescheduled my appt at last min and of course didn’t say anything because I had been tracking my appointment basically all day. Now finally the parts arrived 2 weeks ago and this is 1st available appt. Daddy is there again, and Quinton calls and shows up promptly when he says and completes the work with no further delay. Thank you sir.”

“I drove from Conroe TX to Jacksonville TX hoping to get a specific generator, since the store had received 4 this morning. The store wasn't able to hold any product nor could take payments over the phone. A special shout out to Justin as he was very knowledgeable on the product I was purchasing, made me feel welcomed and provided amazing support throughout the whole process. I hope Harbor Freight Corporate will read this review as they are lucky to have Justin working for them.
