“Harbor Freight is one of my go-to stores for tools and equipment! They have great prices and a huge selection for both professionals and DIY projects. The staff are always friendly and willing to help find what I need, and checkout is usually quick. I really like their coupons and sales — you can always find a good deal. The quality of their tools has improved a lot over the years, and it’s hard to beat the value. Definitely recommend Harbor Freight for affordable, reliable tools and hardware! ??️?”

“Just left Tractor Supply in Jacksonville and I just wanted to send a shout out to the Cashier, she was GREAT!!!! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was smiling, friendly, energetic, told us about the sales going on and was sweeping up the leaves that had blown in. The second person I want to recognize is Thomas - knowledgeable, friendly and after helping us load some stuff in the truck ran across the parking lot to help a lady with a big cart.Top notch service by top notch employees!!!”
“Today April 25, 2026. Our organization Christian Motorcyclist Association did the Hot Dog Sales at The Jacksonville Tx store. The staff was very helpful to use. They checked on us making sure we had all we needed. And even bought some dogs from us helping out with our Run For The Son Fundraiser. “Gary was amazing. Extremely disappointed with Choice warranty. They offered to give me a gift card for $227 for a new dishwasher. Just the delivery and installation with cost me around that. I am basically on my own to replace a the dishwasher.”
