“When Jacksonville had a ice storm and electricity was out for 4 days I took a friend of mine there that is blind and has damiencia and myself didn't live in Jacksonville i paid for him to go there so he wouldn't have to worry about being warm they helped him with his meds reminding him to take them and helping him keep his phone charged up also with extra blankets No other hotel would of helped like they did there like he one a dad or a relative of theirs it's hard this day in time to find people who help others and I definitely give them a ten star plus rating because of this also when I would call the hotel they would update me when my friend couldn't answer his phone what an awesome group of helpers and workers we need more people in the world like this today ? ?”

“Went here because my family lives in Jacksonville, for a 3 star hotel it was really good. The new owners have definitely turned this place around. Breakfast was so much better and the service was amazing. Needed an extra pillow and a bunch of extra stuff that they easily accommodated without hesitation. Sue, the manager, is one of the nicest people I've met and made my stay here all that much better. 10/10 will sleep here again!”
