“Y'all this is my bank and I tell everyone how much I love it. 1. It is my business account and it is important to be able to reach someone quickly when there is an issue or a question....average hold time...none that I have experienced. 2. I live in Georgetown but I consider the Schwertner branch my home branch. I could have had the worst day but by the time I leave there it is always brighter. I'd like to specifically give 5 stars to a specific person who I think is especially deserving. Tarrah has been there since I started banking with R Bank. It is important for banks to be professional and knowledgeable, especially for a small business. Tarrah checks those boxes but more than that she is just so good with people. I don't think you can fake that and it is reassuring to know that there is someone there who cares about you. Vaults and passwords are good. But it is the people like Tarrah who take the time to know you and know what your business does is that make me feel assured that my money is in safe hands.”

“I was referred to BancorpSouth in Salado by a seasoned local real estate investor. My wife and I just closed on a loan involving several properties/transactions. Bancorp was knowledgeable and flexible to do this type of Loan. Kirt Hearne (loan officer) made the process very smooth for us. He was a straightforward and consistent communicator. We shopped for loans and BancorpSouth beat the other local competitor bank both on interest rate, and fees- everything. We are thoroughly pleased with our whole experience with BancorpSouth so far! Oops, almost forgot- since opening a business account with them a few months ago, their Harker Heights location is much faster for business deposits than the competitor bank who we had used previously.”

“My visit on 10/23/24 was a very positive experience. My daughter and I went into this branch due a banking emergency. We did not have an appointment, but the branch manager, Diane Barber, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she did not have an associate available at that moment, but if I give her a minute, she would see where she could work us in and help us get our issue resolved. She was polite, professional, and very helpful. We waited about 15 minutes and were helped by Ethan Scott. He was also very helpful, courteous, and professional. My daughter had her bank account drained by a scammer so she was already stressed out and upset. Ethan was very calming and positive and opened her new account right away. I had read the bad reviews and was a little worried about going to this branch, but it was the closest to my daughter's job so we took a chance. I'm glad we did!!”
