“Employees have always been friendly. Love the fountain drinks with the nugget ice. Carry most of want you'd want from a conference store. But they aren't zoned to sell beer, not their fault, but the zoning commission. Hope that changes soon. Love the water and ice station outside.”

“Really liked this place until they wouldn't give a refund or do an exchange on defective products they sell. There are too many places in Jasper that sell what i buy to do business with a company that won't do an exchange when they sell broken products. Tried to do an exchange within 15 minutes of purchasing a vape, but that doesn't matter. Hope they enjoy the small amount of money I spent there today because out of the thousands of dollars I plan on spending in 2022 on these types of products, Vape Nation won't get one dollar of it until they exchange the broken one they sold me. Is 15 bucks worth the thousands they'll lose if I shop at one of their competitors? We'll see... on the positive side of things the staff is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful, but the policy maker will be losing my money if they don't start doing exchanges when they sell broken products to people!”
