“With this review, I want to start by saying I truly loved the food....it was delicious. Unfortunately, it was served cold. I also noticed the restaurant wasn’t very clean; there was trash on the floor, and the trash can in the bathroom was full. It felt as though the space hadn’t been properly cleaned from the night before.

The service was okay. We weren’t asked how our food was cooked, nor were we checked on to see if we needed anything else to drink, so there was a bit of slack in hospitality there.

As someone with experience in the traveling hospitality world, I understand how busy things can get. That said, food temperature, cleanliness, and attentive service really do make a difference in the overall experience. One additional suggestion would be to consider adding a menu option for those who do not eat pork or meat, as this would make the menu more inclusive and welcoming to a wider range of guests.”

“Hotel is clean and staff was super nice. I had to stay here because my father was in hospice care down the street. The staff made my stay very welcoming during such a hard time for me. I was constantly checking out and adding days and they completely understood and made everything so easy for me.”

“Jasper has many places to resort and recreate, albeit the dwindling population after COVID, and the town boasts a lively 8 R&R venues which are still above the average in terms of Southern Charm and very hospitable spirits despite the urban legends of the 90s. I’m proud to call it my 2d home, Lsvl and Deridr are respectively my beginnings and neither compares to the Love and Ambience of good ol’ Jaspertown”

“My recent stay at the Best Western inn Jasper was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for the price. The location is spectacular,
The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, featuring a great pillowtop mattress and premium bedding that made for an excellent night's sleep. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a huge convenience.
A major highlight was the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was ample, tasty, and had a wide variety of options—much better than typical hotel fare. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They truly contributed to a seamless and pleasant coastal getaway. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely book a return trip”

“The stay here was quite. The rooms were clean. Because of the hotel being under new ownership and renovations the breakfast wasn’t and option and the laundry facilities were not operational, but other than that the girl that checked me in during the day shift was very professional. I did have a couple maintenance issues with the room because of the new renovations, but she did everything to make sure she delivered the upmost in customer service by getting me a new room and they went out of there way and out of pocket to accommodate me. I would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in or around Jasper Texas. This business will do whatever is necessary to make sure your stay is satisfactory and pleasant.”
