They did a great job here. The friendly staff helped with shipping packaging and with passport application and renewed. The lady counter was so friendly and wished us well. Employees walk in for passport and have an appointment for the passport but everything else is walk in. They also open on Saturdays. Staff keep helpfulness and cheerful attitude. Understaffed but current employees are busting their butts to help everyone as fast as possible and maintain a very nice polite attitude. The post office do not kick out and keep the day right for important documents and label.
