They did a great job here. The friendly staff helped with shipping packaging and with passport application and renewed. The lady counter was so friendly and wished us well. Employees walk in for passport and have an appointment for the passport but everything else is walk in. They also open on Saturdays. Staff keep helpfulness and cheerful attitude. Understaffed but current employees are busting their butts to help everyone as fast as possible and maintain a very nice polite attitude. The post office do not kick out and keep the day right for important documents and label.

Visited twice on a Monday and the doors were locked with lights off both times. First time I could hear loud music playing, second time, it was silent. Not sure who manages this office but not posting up changes to hours on the door is extremely unprofessional.

Poor customer service. They don’t care if they have 15+ people waiting in line to expedite service. They average 5+ minutes per customer.

They did a great job here. They even helped us out with our shipping packaging. The lady working the counter that day was so friendly and wished us well.
