This was my little man’s first experience at a groomers since adopting him from a shelter and the staff was SO SWEET and cared for him like he was their own. They actually care and listen to their clients and for that reason we won’t be going anywhere else but Mona’s Dog Salon from now on! First experience and for us it was a 10/10 hands down!!!! Thank you to everyone there that made my Dipper feel so calm and loved for his first time!

401 N Polk St, JeffersonJessi and BW were great hosts. The Caddo room was quiet and peaceful. This was the best weekend getaway my wife and I have ever had. The multi course breakfasts are amazing. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend staying at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast. Lots to see and do in Jefferson.

201 N Polk St, JeffersonDecided to check out these spot in the cool town of Jefferson Texas. Read something that said it was a Top 50 BBQ spot in Texas although I didn't see anything on the walls that mentioned it, but hey I am half blind. I went with the 2 meat as you can tell a lot with Brisket and Sausage. I chose Potato Salad and BBQ Beans as my sides. I am just going to say that the smoked sausage was by far my favorite. Very tasty and juicy. This will definitely be my choice in the future. The brisket was tender, flavorful and juicy as well. I like the beans but I felt that they need a tad bit more juice, they were borderline dry, in my opinion. The potato salad was just potato salad.
On a scale of 1-10 : Sausage 10, Brisket 8, Beans 8, Potato Salad 5.
I'll go back for sure but will most likely try different sides and possibly a rib.

124 E Austin St, JeffersonThis is a really cool place to eat. The grits were AMAZING, the seared redfish was delicious, the Bayou Bloody Mary was delicious. My shrimp was ok. I wish I had sent it back and got some more. (I’m picky about shrimp). Overall a great place.
