Three Happy Tails - Luxury Dog Day Care Boarding & Grooming
80 Greenacres Blvd, Bossier CityWe were so happy with Three Happy Tails and so was our Maltese Bentley. They took great care of him while we went out of town for a vacation. We enjoyed getting to see him on the video while we were away. It gave us peace of mind to know he was well taken care of and happy. We were so thankful that they were able to get him in last minute, too. They also bathed/groomed him during his stay. He looks amazing! This is the best he's looked after getting groomed. We would definitely recommend Three Happy Tails. They are great!

Bossier CityDr Pierce saved out pitt from parvo when he was a pup (6 months). Now, this past fall our same pitt now 16 years and 9 months was beginning to suffer. Flying Heart Brewing & Pub
700 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier CityGreat pizza joint and brewery! I definitely recommend the beer and the pizza. The mimosas were flat, but I wasn't expecting a great mimosa from a beer place. The pizza was very high quality gourmet pizza with fresh, well-balanced, ingredients. The stout was particularly good, as well as an IPA (don't recall the names). Staff were very polite and fairly fast. I will definitely go back again.

Port City Cat Rescue
3002 Shed Rd, Bossier CityGreat shelter I got my cat from here at 3 months. He was neutered and vaccinated and dewormed (although he did still have worms we had to fix a few weeks after adopting… which came from this place). There were two cons.
One con was we didn’t know we shouldn’t have let him roam free when we brought him back to shelter lady a week after getting him from the foster mom at the shelter.
She said he can roam around near all the cats while discussing and so we let him roam out his carrier and apparently he ate a flea, which no, he didn’t have fleas before that or after. He ended up getting worms from the flea we had no idea that he had eaten at the shelter. We had to pay $400 to fix his worm problem when he was 4 months old.
Another con was when I kept asking questions to the foster owner she seemed tired of it and said “if you don’t want him I can put him in pet smart” like hello? I can’t ask questions about a cat because I’ve never owned one before? It was just simple questions too like “is he dewormed?” “He’s not around any animals with any sort of sickness.”
Well anyway he’s 9 months old now :) and I don’t regret getting him at all. I’d get another cat from here because one of these cons is avoidable and the other one isn’t even the shelter’s fault!
