I went to CVS to pick up my one and only Rx med. The lady asked me before she told me total if I wanted the Hep B Vax. Needless to say, she asked the wrong person. Her name tag said tech in training. I'm sure she was just doing her job and reading the screen, but wow, this Vax pushing crap is going to far. Also, how is this legal? She is not a doctor and doesn't know my med history! There is a local pharmacy that's private but I can't tx there yet. . . But I will if they keep promoting vaxxes like this. Leave this up to my doctor and I only

Mr. Kevin went above and beyond (literally) to help us out!! I never in my life met such a sweet devoted manager that didn't have to help us the way he has. My new favorite CVS now!! Lola also was amazing and a big help. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!!

I've been trying, for over a week to get my prescription filled. A week ago I called them. Then, I spoke with someone Friday that stated they would order it so that it could be delivered by Monday. Monday is here and they still haven't ordered my prescription. I'm calling repeatedly and they keep sending me to voicemail. I had the same issue last month. It took them 2 weeks last month to even fill my prescription. That's why I started on it this time a week in advance. I do not understand why they continue to have issues filling this same prescription.
Update: I spoke with one of the rude pharmacists by the name of Milan. Instead of assuring me that this would be taken care of the next time around, she told me they would continue to do the same thing in the future. So rather than have my prescription ordered timely they will continue to make sure I jump through hoops to get my medication.

You all messed up my asthma nebulizer prescription by failing to correctly transfer it to the CVS one mile away. I filled 4 other asthma prescriptions today and you decided it was better to order it rather than letting me get the medicine today. Why would you do such a stupid thing? Do you get points for the number of prescriptions you fill? So now I have to wait another day to get my treatment. Shame on your incompetence!

Hello I came to cvs to use the atm upon entering the store clerk greeted me . I came to the counter with my items I wanted to purchase. Sales clerk was watching videos on her phone and seemed a little disturbed because I didn’t go to self checkout . At the end when I was paying for my items I said wow I finally have coupons and she just looked away and did not respond
Store clerks should not have their phones out watching videos and its customers in the store . CVS you should try and revamp your policy for workers . Never felt like I was being rushed to check out so she could get back to her show or movie .
