Such an stress-free, wonderful, and happy experience! From first point of contact once my online request was received; until I drove away in my new pre-owned vehicle. My salesman Derek was patient and the rest of the team I interacted with was so kind and professional. Even the finance portion was great! My vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be and the process was as stress-free as possible.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. George Castillo was our salesman, and he was kind, low-key, no-pressure, and helpful. Alex in the Finance office was rather brash, but efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated the snacks offered since we were at the dealership over lunch! All in all, it was a positive experience, and that's unusual these days when shopping for a car.

If you ever need a ride Parkway Chevy is the best place to go. Ask for Cesar he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous in what he does. Cesar never pressure you like other salesperson do. Took my sister to get a truck, got an amazing deal. Cesar together with Luis the manager work to get us the best price and ensure we got everything set up before we left. These guys are amazing in what they do. Thank you Cesar and Luis for a great truck buying experience. My sisters' husband loves his new truck. Will definitely return for any future purchase and recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go to Lonestar Chevy you won't be disappointed.

It has become very hard to deal with Lone Star Chevrolet. The finance dept is the worst especially Mr. Posey. I cannot understand why he would wear his emotions on his face so easily. The minute you question anything he makes these faces. He was so upset when we told him we had outside financing and it showed on his face. He even threw our receipt for the thousand dollars we put down to hold the vehicle and it nearly fell off his desk until he reached out for it. We have purchased three different vehicles over the years and it has become so hard to deal with y’all. My bank guaranteed the financing and they still did not let us take the vehicle until you had a check from our bank in your hand. Thanks to Mr Dean, he was the best salesperson we have dealt with in a long time. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. You need people like him in your finance department. Unfortunately we will never be back to lone Star Chevrolet.

My husband and I had a great experience our sales representative Salvador was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. The finance manager and the gentleman who helped us set up our phones were helpful and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience with Lone Star. It did take a second pass to find the issue and a lot of patience to deal with my warranty company, but now my car runs smooth! Jose was a model advisor who walked me through all the steps and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with everything. Rich always shuttled me with a smile and great conversation. I’ve definitely found my new home for future maintenance and repairs.

We've always had a good experience at Lone Star Chevrolet, but really appreciate the quick turnaround this last time, the timely communication and the regular updates about my vehicle throughout the process. Excellent!!! Very impressive!!! Effiicient!!! Exactly what I was hoping for. Negotiate via text and email, documents emailed to sale Saul Pena. He organized all paperwork ready for closing the next day. With his organization skills, only took me about 1 hour in and out with my new vehicle. Already told family member who looking for new truck to go there if wanting to buy Chevy.

Called them to talk about an issue with my Chevy Colorado. The radio has been selecting different channels on its own, scrolling through different screens when I'm not touching it, and it won't register when I touch the screen. I was told I would need to drop off the truck and right now they are about 2 days behind on work so they wanted me to drop it off on Wednesday but wouldn't be able to diagnose it until Friday at the earliest then order the part so I'd be without a vehicle for the weekend. I asked about a loaner and they rudely said no but would happily set me up with a rental.Called Mac Haik Chevrolet and they happily let me set an appointment to bring my truck in on Friday morning at 7 A.M. when I arrived they asked if I would be waiting for it or leaving it and coming back because they wouldn't have they don't keep elector if parts on hand and wouldn't have the part until Monday with next day shipping. They offered me a loaner truck for the weekend if I wanted to drop it off or they said they could get it diagnosed within 2 hours and I'd just bring my truck back when the part came in. I decided to wait the 2 hours but to my surprise 30 minutes later I was on my way home and expecting to come back next week to get the radio replaced. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. I'll never be calling Lone Star again and will happily drive the extra 4 minutes to go to the dealership with the better customer service.

Want to thank Mr. Valentin from the service department for being very professional and eager to help in any way possible. My truck had a small issue and had to be dropped off, Valentin made sure we were in good hands and was able to get us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. He also updated me on the status of my vehicle every other day , which was very appreciated. He was making sure I got every update possible. He really looks out for the customers so they can know what’s the status on their car/truck, and explains to you with detail. Great experience. 10/10

Purchased a 2022 Tahoe from here. I thought I had fully inspected the vehicle prior to driving it off the lot but later realized there was a lot of damage all over the vehicle that had been previously repaired. I paid full price for this Tahoe and it only had around 8,000mi on it so I was incredibly dissatisfied about realizing that I had been duped.The sales rep told me they purchase vehicles wholesale and sometimes vehicles slip under the radar.I am here to tell you, if you purchase a vehicle from here, inspect every square inch of it:Look under the hood and where the front bumper isOpen the doors and look at the seals and where they closeGet on your knees and look under the vehicle at the frame to see if you find any repairs madeAll in all, they tried to make things right by letting me trade in for another vehicle but I had a bad taste in my mouth already.Buyer beware.
