“We used Mi-box for two months recently and would absolutely recommend them and use them again. They are very responsive; you get to talk to an actual person and if they don’t pick up immediately they call you back right away, even if you don’t leave a message. I spoke to Illeana each time and she was super helpful in helping us figure out which box to use. They are very well priced and extremely fair, their boxes are clean and delivered and picked up on time. They could also fit in our very narrow driveway which other pod companies could not accommodate. Also love that they are locally owned.”
