The service was speedy, especially opening a new account, staff was really nice, I'd say probably the best banking experience I've had in a while!!!

I drove here for them to tell me they don't know their schedule to make an appointment and give me a phone number. I will be closing down all accounts with them.

Worst customer service! They act entitled and won't even help when the ATM is down. They will however come to the window to tell you try all ATMs and come back at 9 even though is 8:50 like what?!? I understand why these reviews are all one star. And it's just one person they are so rude.
