Rooms are super clean and comfortable, pool area and beautiful large outdoor area with picnic tables and grill (string lights at night add so much charm!). Outstanding service, delicious breakfast buffet.

Wonderful experience, we were traveling with dogs and asked for a bottom floor room, were given the one on the corner right by the park for easy access to walk them. The breakfast was great, and the lady at check in was so nice and helpful. We plan on returning again later this summer! A+

Unfortunately I saw others leaving negative reviews about the cleanliness of rooms and pest control issues. I chose to ignore these reviews because of how nice the pictures were and the amount of good reviews about the service and the breakfast.
Upon my arrival I found :
1. The lobby had a very musty smell
2. When arriving at room 109 I found multiple roach baits and boric acid powder sprinkled behind all the furniture. I found a small dead roach, confirming the previous reviews about pest issues. The pictures are hidden, but if you click the profiles of the people that have left the reviews about pests you will see the pictures.
3. There were hairs in the towels.
4. The bathroom had a very nasty odor.
We tried to get refunded for the night but they were only able to check us out early and refund us for the following day. So I'm out $176 for a hotel that was in my opinion, uninhabitable.
The front desk staff was very friendly and was apologetic about the condition of the room, but I would stay in a different hotel if you are looking at this one.

We were initially impressed when we arrived — the property looked great from the outside. It had a nice gazebo, picnic area, pool, and the drive in gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we got a closer look.
Our room was located on the lower level at the back of the building. Right next to our room were stacks of television boxes that had clearly been left out in the weather multiple times. The boxes smelled musty and were infested with roaches, which was extremely off-putting.
Inside the room, the bathtub and sink were visibly dirty. The towels provided were also dirty, and even the replacements weren’t much better. The water in the shower wouldn’t get hotter than lukewarm unless we let it run for 15 to 20 minutes. At one point, our key card stopped working. We were told it was due to fluctuating temperatures and were given a single physical key, which made things inconvenient since we were on a work trip and coming and going at different times.
The most disturbing part of the stay happened during the night — I was startled awake when a roach crawled across my face. That was not only disgusting but deeply unsettling, and it completely ruined any sense of comfort or rest.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the room overall just didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was disappointing — the eggs consistently had a strange green hue and the selection was very limited. While the staff were polite, they weren't particularly helpful. In fact, at check-in, we were asked if we could give another guest a ride the next morning to pick up their vehicle from a garage. That struck us as unusual and unprofessional.
This stay left a lot to be desired. There’s potential here, but cleanliness, pest control, and overall maintenance need serious attention before we’d ever consider coming back.

Nice pool, nice room, beautiful picnic area. Great breakfast. Reasonable price. I rarely review anything but this place stands out and deserves a better rating.

Nothing like driving 10+ hours with our 3 month old and we get to the hotel late at night and exhausted, the lights weren’t working as soon as we got to this hotel and not even two seconds later there was a giant cockroach. Had to find another hotel at midnight which wasn’t fun. The front desk lady was very nice though!

Regretfully, I do not remember the name of the front clerk, man. But he did an excellent job It’s individuals like that They make a place great. Best part of my day was a conversation we had. Beautiful pool and outdoor area, wooden swing, gazebo and plenty of table benches highly recommend and look forward to my next visit

So many choices at breakfast! I especially enjoyed the yogurt and fruit/toppings bar (blueberries, jams). The western theme of the hotel firs this area so well. The decor is delightful! The night desk clerk is a wonderful ole Navy veteran. We called ahead when we found that Marble Falls hotels were all completely booked at 11pm on Thurs night. He got us the info we needed. When we arrived he git us checked in quickly, but we spent some time talking about all the rain in North Texas (home) versus the extreme drought in Central Texas. He also told us about some natural areas to visit. We're all about nature and outdoor activities! The hotel is located in a great, central location! From here, I got 4 stamps on my Texas State Parks Passport, including Pedernales Falls SP, Blanco SP, Lyndon B. Johnson state historic site, and Enchanted Rock state natural area! The hotel's ice machine is a lifesaver in this heat!! We filled 2 yeti cups each. This hotel has a little park area with a gazebo, picnic tabkestables, and a few peach trees. We looked at the trees to determine how close we were to peach season in Fredericksburg.

Bed sheets were stained, handicap little girl walking around in little shorts when the breakfast room had about 12 men present. Breakfast sucks, it started at 6am and by 6:15, there was nothing to eat. It took her 20 minutes to put eggs and hashbrowns and that's it. She was to busy playing with her phone.
