“Pathways has been the best internet provider I've ever used in my 56 years. Anytime my service was interrupted it only took a few minutes for them to fix it which is great because I live rural and finding dependable service has always been rare. I work from home, And if my service goes down it's my livelihood. If you are trying to find friendly reliable and all around great provider PATHWAYS IS THE BEST BY FAR....IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS ? I WOULD BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT.”
“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! “I went in on March 17th to switch to t mobile.Bruce was the one who took care of me.He was real polite and explained everything to me and made sure everything was working before I left.I would recommend Bruce next time you visit t mobile Good job Bruce,Keep it up.I also went on March 23 to have a screen protector put in.Bruce was the man”
