“By far my favorite feed store. Staff is knowledable and willing to suggest certain feeds based off what your feeding and what other animals have access to that food.I have yet to catch the kids name but the fella that loads is a solid worker. All around 5 star rating for sure.”

“Love my local Pet Supplies Plus! This location is such a big clean store in which I’ve found has an immense selection and variety to choose from. The staff there are wonderful and always so helpful with any questions I may have or if I need help with carrying a 50lb bag of dog food to my car when I go pick up from ordering online. Also my 4 Australian shepherds love that they always place a little free goodie bag of treats on their dog food for them to sample when I get home! Just the best and 100% pet parent recommended ! ?❤️?”
“I cant remember if I have ever received the type of service from anywhere that I just got today from Mike and Will at Tractor Supply in Cleburne. These guys should get 10 stars for making something happen today and paying attention to customer details from two separate phone calls.I purchased a zero turn (toddler) electric lawn mower from the Granbury store last week. I had to take it back due to some battery issues, but telling that to my 3-1/2 year old son didn't go over well. This Cleburne Tractor Supply had another one in stock. So I called and this store shot me straight that it would be faster to order online to be delivered than transfer between stores. This was at 1 pm today 10-02-2023 and if you order before 2 pm you got same delivery. The possibility of it coming from the distribution center was more likely so I wasn't too worried about it as long as I got it sometime this week. Nope.... the order came in, Will and Mike got the order, recalled my phone call not wanting a open box item, threw it on the delivery driver, and I got it literally 2 hours later. My son will be ecstatic! Thanks for caring guys!”

“I went to return and replace a broken enclosure I got from the midlothian store. Omg! They made it completely painless! They allowed us to actually hold some of the animals! Midlothian refuses saying it's not allowed. So we ended up getting a false chameleon. And another enclosure! Let's mention as well, that all the reptiles have to proper substrate they need. I'm really impressed with this location and staff! I'm always disappointed in the midlothian store. So we will definently return here for our needs. You guys were really awesome!”
