“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

Also I’ve seen them feed the fish and they feed different foods according to the fishes needs. Never had a fish from here die within a short time of introducing it to my tanks. In fact, all are still alive. For me, it’s better than the chain pet stores.”

“We went in to give our dog a bath.
It was a very clean facility. My only objection was the tub didn't have a walls so there was alot of water splash. I did use the aprons that were available but alot of water was sprayed. Having a tub with high walls like other places I have been to would help alleviate that issue.”

“FIVE STARS FROM ME? NEVER!!!....but today this happened; Our 60lb "Staffy" can be bullheaded and stubborn. Shes also super strong, and an easily excitable puppy. Zara was so filthy. She needed a professional. Through a Google search, I am pleased to have found this jewel in the ruff. Honestly this was the VERY BEST GROOMER I HAVE EVER USED. I can not say enough about this family owned business and strongly recommend you try their services. They definitely won my business.”
“Based on my visit today I give them five stars! They had a lot of feed and supplies, but I actually stopped for firewood. Which they DID have some! However, I need it to smoke meats so this type of wood wasnt exactly what I wanted for my brisket.The employees were friendly though and went above and beyond to help me out! The pallet of wood in my picture was priced over $200 for the whole thing (I was told that’s the only way to buy it), and the older/brittle logs are priced for $1/log. Unfortunately I don’t have a pick up truck for transport of the pallet, and then my husband told me these were not the logs he wanted anyway. No biggie!Oh! I’ve bought pest spray from here (yellow top, attaches to your hose) and it works miracles. We ultimately ended up going with a pest service though since we were spending alot to keep them from overtaking our house (this year was worse than normal).”
“Great assortment of fish! The owners were both super helpful and thoughtful. I was looking for a pair of ‘centerpiece fish’ for my community tank. They suggested about 5 different fish types and size reference for full maturity. I lived 5 minutes up the road and have frequented Petsmart and Petco for fish needs. I’ll be shopping here now. The fish I picked up was a pair of Discus. Thanks Again!”

“Friendly staff, clean environment. The store itself is really organized and well stocked. Minus a star because there are codes to use the public bathrooms (which aren't that clean) and also no cart stalls so you have to bring your cart back to the front of the store. It's really inconvenient when you are leaving your pet and kids in the car alone and it's hot”
“Animals are dumped at our warehouse which is close to this PetsMart, we have dropped in a few times to see if these dogs and cats are chipped. Today I came in with an abandoned newborn kitten. Anthony was especially helpful and knowledgeable in getting items that I needed to care for this kitty immediately...many additional staff members expressed concern and were supportive. We'll be back!”

“We had to say goodbye to our precious baby and could not stand to see her beds on the floor without her in them. I called the shelter and they were extremely caring and understanding. They accepted our used dog beds, coats, toys, and leashes as donations and will use them to help other dogs in need. That meant everything to us in that moment.
