“I’ve been watching grooming videos on YouTube for a few years - & Dede truly is my favorite groomer! Years ago, I co-founded & managed a cat rescue, so I especially admire Dede for helping dogs owned by rescue groups. I deeply appreciate her even more for helping responsible folks with limited income, who care for their dogs in every other way, but can’t afford the regular grooming some dogs require for optimum health. In my experience, not many groomers would be so nonjudgemental, much less empathetic toward such owners & their pooches. There are not many who will wrangle with aggressive dogs, either! The last point I want to make is about the fantastic, detailed response Dede sent, in reply to a recent email I sent to her about choosing the correct products for my dogs. She even addressed various topics I hadn’t even thought about asking. To sum it up, I highly recommend Dede as a groomer - & commend her as a person!”

“I live and die by this place! They’re right by my house and SO convenient! Best prices around DFW and such a good selection! Staff is so friendly and always so helpful!”

“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed. The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of The store.”

“This store is amazing! I have a very picky goldendoodle, and Emmy went above and beyond to help me find food and toppers that my dog actually likes. I can't remember the name of the other staff member who have also helped in my past visits, but the customer service here is consistently incredible every time I walk through the door.”

“Over the past year, I've shopped at about every fish store within 100 miles of the dfw area. Fish Paradise has by far been best out of the lot and quickly cemented themselves as my top pick. Their livestock and plants always look great and healthy with the fish and inverts vibrant and active! The staff is extremely friendly and their passion for fishkeeping is apparent through their knowledge, patience and work ethic. I almost exclusively shop here now and can't seem to stop myself from returning every week! To top it off, they are very reasonably and competitively priced compared to other tropical fish stores in the metroplex. If you love fishkeeping, do yourself a favor and check them out! I have no doubt your experience will speak for itself more than my own testimony.”

7430 North Beach Street Ste 316, Fort Worth TX 76137
“Two happy puppies! I went here after going to a big box chain in the area that didn’t do the best job. I’m thoroughly impressed with their work here, and both of my pups were in and out in just over an hour as compared to 6 hours with the chain. The cut is much more even, and the dogs were happy when I picked them up instead of tired. We will be back!”

“Russell Feed & Supply is one of those places that’s getting harder and harder to find these days. Friendly people, knowledgeable staff, and customer service that actually feels genuine. Whether you’re shopping for pet supplies, livestock feed, outdoor gear, or just stopping in to browse, the staff always takes the time to help and answer questions without making you feel rushed. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a great mix of products you can’t always find at the big chain stores. You can tell they actually understand the needs of people who live the outdoor, ranching, farming, and country lifestyle. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that still feels local and personal. Highly recommend Russell Feed & Supply.”

“PetSmart is one of the best stores I’ve visited. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. Products are clearly displayed, making it simple to find what you need for your pets. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. As a delivery driver, I also appreciate how efficiently orders are prepared and organized. Pickups are usually quick and smooth, which saves time and makes the process much easier. It’s clear that the team cares about both customers and delivery drivers. Overall, a great shopping experience with excellent customer service. Highly recommended for all pet owners.”

“We had to say goodbye to our precious baby and could not stand to see her beds on the floor without her in them. I called the shelter and they were extremely caring and understanding. They accepted our used dog beds, coats, toys, and leashes as donations and will use them to help other dogs in need. That meant everything to us in that moment. They were so kind when we were vulnerable and aching and I will forever be grateful for that.”
