“Excited to support a local business, especially one that stocks quality feed products and dog food with highly reasonable prices. I was able to quickly run and pick up my dog food & check out all in time to get to the school pick up line. Staff was welcoming and helpful without asking the gentleman loaded my 50 pound bag of dog food into my vehicle.”

They were warm and inviting. Lea told me that if I had any questions to feel free to ask. She gave me a tour and introduced me to plants I didn't know about. The prices are great and I will be back.”

“The guys that load my truck are always nice. But I have noticed if a certain demographic is loading my feed, another won’t help even when they see they need help loading 10+ bags of feed. Sad to see racism is still present in places like this when they’re all doing the same job. I usually order all my feed online for pickup so I don’t go into the store to interact with the other staff like cashiers.”

“Love my local Pet Supplies Plus! This location is such a big clean store in which I’ve found has an immense selection and variety to choose from. The staff there are wonderful and always so helpful with any questions I may have or if I need help with carrying a 50lb bag of dog food to my car when I go pick up from ordering online. Also my 4 Australian shepherds love that they always place a little free goodie bag of treats on their dog food for them to sample when I get home! Just the best and 100% pet parent recommended ! ?❤️?”
“Petco has everything we need for our animals. They have a wide variety of products for a great price. And the staff is helpful and friendly. The Burleson location is my preferred store. I've had nothing but a positive experience here. I highly recommend Petco in Burleson!”

“We went in to give our dog a bath.
It was a very clean facility. My only objection was the tub didn't have a walls so there was alot of water splash. I did use the aprons that were available but alot of water was sprayed. Having a tub with high walls like other places I have been to would help alleviate that issue.”
“I just moved to Cleburne and I am 67 years old, so sometimes things are a bit difficult.Every time I walk into this store, I am greeted by a sales clerk at the front. As I walk around, there is always a young man that will ask me if I need help finding something and if it’s not out, he will go to the back and look for it. Great service great people.!!!”
“Love this tractor supply! Always get my feed here but we needed extra help with questions on one of the jeep go carts and Payton helped us with it. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience, need more employees like her in retail.”
