“I cant remember if I have ever received the type of service from anywhere that I just got today from Mike and Will at Tractor Supply in Cleburne. These guys should get 10 stars for making something happen today and paying attention to customer details from two separate phone calls.I purchased a zero turn (toddler) electric lawn mower from the Granbury store last week. I had to take it back due to some battery issues, but telling that to my 3-1/2 year old son didn't go over well. This Cleburne Tractor Supply had another one in stock. So I called and this store shot me straight that it would be faster to order online to be delivered than transfer between stores. This was at 1 pm today 10-02-2023 and if you order before 2 pm you got same delivery. The possibility of it coming from the distribution center was more likely so I wasn't too worried about it as long as I got it sometime this week. Nope.... the order came in, Will and Mike got the order, recalled my phone call not wanting a open box item, threw it on the delivery driver, and I got it literally 2 hours later. My son will be ecstatic! Thanks for caring guys!”

When we picked them up last year they acted like they didn’t know us. I just made an appointment for them to stay again this year. They are very good and caring with our babies. “This location has a dog wash that is easy to use. It’s easy to get in and out with your dog, even though the wash is in the far back. They accept Apple Pay, which helps with a quick check out. They usually have a treat at the register as well. Very thoughtful!”

“This is Canela. She is an 11 month puppy. We rescued her back in May. She’s the sweetest dog in the world, but she doesn’t realize how big she is at 60 lbs! She would jump on me, my 4 year old and my little nieces and nephew. One day we went to Petsmart and had the fortune of meeting Toby. He recommended the puppy classes and we signed her up! We are so thankful we did! She has not jumped on the children since her second week in puppy class. She also learned to sit, lay, walk on a leash and even play dead! We never thought it would be possible for Canela to be an even better dog but thanks to Toby and his training she’s the number one doggo!! Please sign your dog up with Toby!”

“Took my Goldendoodle to JBK pet Salon today and had such a great experience. I’ve had trouble finding a groomer to get me in quickly but JBK Booked my appointment the next day. They made it very easy to find information and are affordable. the staff there were friendly and detailed. I sent the staff a picture of what kind of cut I was looking for and they did a great job with my fur baby! My fur baby seemed comfortable with the staff and is very happy to have all that thick fur off while we survive this Texas heat”
