“I wanted to to extend my appreciation and gratitude to the team and 2 pharmacists at the CVS Pharmacy in Westlake, TX. This pharmacy and team have been a critical part of my long-term care as I have undergone 3 spine services and multiple complications. Pharmacist Jeslie Kessenich has proactively contacted my Orthopedic Surgeon, Pain Management Physician, and PCP with a critical focus and vigilance about drug interactions given my complex medical history. My wife has appreciated her thoughtful calls back the several times I have been being discharged from the hospital to voice any concerns. Pharmacist Robert Gresham is the yin to Jeslie's yang as he goes out of his way to add warmth and humor when patients are at their worst or just in need of a smile to lend. He injects current knowledge about the drugs that patients are taking including information from recent peer reviewed articles. In one of my most recent visits he advised me about a transdermal patch and how the NSAID delivery method shouldn't interfere with my blood thinner (a concern I shared).
The team of pharmacy technicians, and the addition of Jeslie and Robert, remind me why I choose and trust the CVS Pharmacy in Westlake each visit. Small town, personal feel with the backing of the valuable resources of CVS. Thank you all for choosing to make a difference in the lives of your patients daily.”
“Denton is the best! Fast, convenient, and friendly. I can call anytime, morning, noon or night to leave a reorder message. They call me back to let me know my order is on its way. “I cannot say enough great things about this place. The personal attention you get here is the exact opposite of my experience at the big box pharmacies I have dealt with in the past. Just today, the pharmacist stayed open late so that my daughter could get a strep/flu/covid test. If you are looking for a personal touch and incredible customer service, this is the place for you. They are quick to fill prescriptions, and you can reach out to them at any time for status. They also do simple diagnostic tests as well. I will use this place going forward for any service they offer.”

She is one of the most amazing people I have ever met, and she was truly an advocate for me. “We went to get my son vaccines in the pharmacy with a scheduled appointment and when we showed up they didn’t have one in stock so the pharmacist was so helpful
to check with the minute clinic for us. Provider, Heather Greer greeted us with such a friendly attitude even though we didn’t have an appointment with her and she was closing soon. She quickly brought us in and actually realized my son is up to date on his childhood vaccines and didn’t need the ones the school said he did. Apparently some doses were missed on the state registration but she quickly located them. I am SO grateful for her knowledge that my son didn’t need more shots based on CDC guidelines and also so grateful for her kindness and care. Thank you for exceptional service! Hope to not be back, but I’m sure with my young kids, we will be back :)”
