“The pharmacists & all the staff work incredibly hard and are excellent. I've had the pharmacist call me at home to double check on a medicine (s) that might not interact. Their check out system seems very labor intensive & slow. I think that would speed up the check out process for sure. These folks work so hard and are always busy but they are always friendly & thorough. That pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Tom Thumb management needs to hire more staff ! These people are great and we want to keep them. Hire more staff!”

“I too am seeing a lot of bad reviews for this pharmacy, but I have had nothing but good experiences no matter when I've gone there to pick up our prescriptions and/or just buy things from the store. The pharmacy staff are always busy, but then again what pharmacy is not these days, but the staff are always helpful and friendly and have answered questions too. All in all I would highly recommend the CVS in Roanoke.”
